Hello, this is 게임하늘.

Today, we'll continue working through the Mapleland Snowflake Coin event quests. Our next stop is Perion, where you'll need to speak to an NPC named Iyan to get started. In this post, we'll walk through Perion's Winter Preparations.

Let's get started.

Iyan

Iyan previously gave me the quest The Dangerous Croco. I think it's already been 1 year since I completed it. It's been a while since we last met, so let's speak to her again.

Iyan says cold weather has become more frequent lately, and the native people of Perion rely on a campfire to stay warm through the winter. They gather as much firewood as possible and do their best to keep the embers burning. However, she accidentally put the campfire out. She'll be in serious trouble if Blackbull finds out, so she asks you for help.

She asks you to bring her 5 pieces of Smoldering Firewood so she can relight the campfire. As with the previous quests, she says monsters in the surrounding area—in this case, near Perion—should have what you need.

How to Obtain Smoldering Firewood

Head to a hunting ground near Perion and defeat any monsters there. Keep hunting until Smoldering Firewood drops. Fortunately, the drop rate isn't too low.

Pick up any Smoldering Firewood you see and keep hunting until you've collected 5 of these quest items. Once you have them all, return to Iyan.

Rewards

When you return to Iyan, she thanks you and says the firewood should be enough to relight the campfire. She's in a hurry to get it burning again before Blackbull arrives.

She assures you that she's good at lighting campfires, so there's no need to worry. The quest ends with her promising to be careful not to put it out next time. The rewards are 1 Snowflake Coin and 70 EXP.

Gaga's Shop

2x EXP Coupon (15 min)	1 coin (Remaining per account: 5)
Cookie
Traveling Merchant Miu Miu
4-Slot Expansion Coupon for a Category of Your Choice	2 coins (Remaining per account: 1)

With Snowflake Coins to spend, it's time for another visit to Gaga's Shop. I bought another 2 of the 15-minute 2x EXP Coupons, leaving 2 available to purchase on my account. I'll need to buy the rest soon, before the event ends. Next, I'll move on to winter preparations in the next location.

Wrapping Up

Today, we covered Perion's winter preparations. If I collect enough Snowflake Coins, I should be able to buy all the items still available on my account. I'll work on the next quest guide now. I think I'll need a total of 14 Snowflake Coins to buy everything that's left.

That's all from 게임하늘. Thank you for reading!
