But I hear plenty of adventurers end up skipping them

because they don’t have the time to slow down and take in every story.

So let’s take a look at some important details about the setting

that you might have missed in those skipped stories!

Don’t skip the beginning of your adventure

You’ve arrived in Erin, the world of Mabinogi!

But who exactly are you, and what is this place?

And what events are you about to get caught up in?

The very first chapter of the story covers all of this,

so paying close attention here should make the rest of the story much easier to follow.

In the original Mabinogi, Nao introduces you to Erin at the start,

and you can ask her what you should do, too.

In Mabinogi Mobile, though, you’re swept up in a commotion right from the start.

You don’t even know who you are or why you’re here.

Nao, who is supposed to be guiding souls at the goddess’s command,

somehow ends up joining you on your adventure instead,

and you’ll need to follow the clues scattered throughout the story to discover who you are.

If you want to get even more out of your time in Erin,

isn’t it worth getting to know your adventurer’s background and the world around you?

So don’t let the beginning of your journey pass you by.

Don’t miss your first meeting with the goddess

As you follow the main story, the goddess often appears to ask for your help.

These aren’t face-to-face meetings, though. Are they dreams…? She only appears and speaks to you when you lose consciousness.

Will you ever meet Morrighan, the mysterious goddess who seems a little suspicious, in person?

Just as you’re wondering about that, you finally meet Morrighan face-to-face in “The Goddess’s Shadow,” part of Advent of the Goddess!

What is the goddess Morrighan really like?

What does she think of you as an adventurer?

And what happens to your adventurer next?

This is a part worth watching before you move on to the next chapter,

especially since it focuses on Morrighan, one of the most important characters in Mabinogi!

I recommend taking your time and enjoying each scene rather than skipping ahead.

What if you’ve already skipped the whole story?

Already skipped the whole story? There’s no need to worry!

You can read a summary in the Adventure Journal by opening the Codex from the menu👍

It is only a condensed summary, though,

so it’s quite different from experiencing the story as you complete the quests yourself.

Unfortunately, it also leaves out the beginning of your adventure, where you meet Nao.

Of course, that doesn’t mean you have to watch the story!

The best way to enjoy it is on your own terms, however suits your play style~
