How are you all enjoying the MapleStory Challengers Server?

My goal for this Challenger Server is 40,000 points (Diamond), but even now!!

I still haven’t made it yet.

Still, I only have 12.5k points left until 40,000, so I’m going to set my goals now for what I need to get done over this last week.

Equipment setup

On Challenger Server, gear prices are so insane that I really think the most important thing is squeezing out your spec gains as efficiently as possible.

But from where I’m at now, there really aren’t many efficient upgrades left.

I’m going to save up Challengers Coins and upgrade my pet gear with Premium Pet Magic Attack Scrolls,

then when I get a Fairy Heart from the event the week after next, just buy a Unique Potential Scroll and roll the lines,

and use Illusion Coins to buy Heart Scrolls for the Fairy Heart

that’s basically all I have left for gear progression... so now it’s become more important to upgrade my own hands instead.

This is my first teleport character, so adjusting to it really hasn’t been easy.. ㅜㅜ

Taking down Cgaring (Chaos Guardian Angel Slime)

My converted main stat ratio for Cgaring is over 100% now, so I’m going to get that Cgaring clear.

If I beat Cgaring, I get 2,500 points and hit 30,000 points,

so I can raise my Challenger Server tier buff a little too.

Taking down Hvhilla (Hard Verus Hilla)

A boss I absolutely have to clear for Abso Plus..

I still haven’t even gotten the Challenger’s Emblem either..

If I don’t get this done quickly, I’m in a really bad spot where Abso might not even be possible within this event period.

If I beat Hvhilla too, I get 3,000 Challenger Server points, and up to here I can reach 33,000 points.

Taking down Hard Will

One of the bosses I hate most in MapleStory..

He has a ton of HP and a ton of gimmicks, and you have to split your burst too, so he’s just annoying from every angle.

Still, Will is a boss that should be possible at my current spec!!

If I beat Will, I get 3,500 points and can reach 36,500 points.

Taking down Hard Dunkel

When you fight him on a lower-spec character, sometimes you just get trolled by overlapping patterns,

but even so, he’s still a boss I can handle.

If I get 3,000 points, I can reach 39,500 points!

Taking down Normal Lucid

I really don’t have the confidence to clear Phase 3 of Hard Lucid right now…

so I’m only planning to do Normal.

But even then, if I clear Normal, I get 1,000 points and can finally hit 40,000 points!!

If I can clear everything up to here, then with 40,000 points

I think I’ll be able to hit my goal for this winter’s Challenger Server.
