There are a few games I always bring up as great picks to enjoy with friends, and FC Online is one I regularly recommend to a lot of people. These days, even so-called budget 스쿼드 are being built at around 1,000 trillion, so to celebrate the Manchester derby win, I put together a 1,000 trillion Man United squad centered around old-school players.

Man United Squad

Man United squads do come with a bit of a premium. It’s one of the most popular clubs in the world, and in Korea especially, the team still has huge popularity thanks to Park Ji-sung from that era. And with Michael Carrick stepping in as interim manager today and guiding them to a Manchester derby win, I figured he deserved a spot too.

As for leaving out Ronaldo, most people probably already know why. FC Online players know very well that unless your 구단 가치 is on a completely different level, it’s usually better value not to use him. His price is just too high for the 오버롤, so if you’re putting together a cost-effective 1,000 trillion squad, Rooney or Larsson makes a lot more sense.

Special Team Color: Red Devils Twin Wings

Out of the special team colors, Red Devils Twin Wings is a really nice one to pick up. The current wingers aren’t exactly convincing in-game, so it actually feels better to use Best and Charlton instead. These days, both Charlton and Best have plenty of different seasons available too, so you can just choose the season and upgrade level that fits your wallet.

There are also special team colors like Red Devils Trio and Treble, with names like Beckham, Scholes, and Giggs, but Giggs is just way too awkward to use in FC Online..?

Why not use the Vidic-Ferdinand duo!!!

Vidic and Ferdinand do have their own special team color, so in theory they’re a great pair to run together. But while Ferdinand has plenty of affordable seasons, Vidic has a massive gap in 오버롤 depending on the version, and once you start looking at +8, even the cheapest season starts at 180 trillion. At that point, he gets pretty hard to justify.

So for center back, you more or less have to go with other budget options, and that ends up standing out as one of the clearer weaknesses of the Man United squad, especially since the squad already has that lack-of-fullbacks issue.
