Keyrings have gone beyond just being a trend at this point—they’ve become a symbol that shows who you are.

And phone cases are another great way to show off your style, so of course you want to decorate them nicely too, right!

It’s fun to buy a plain case

and decorate it with stickers of your favorite characters,

but if you’ve ever been bummed out because the sticker you wanted just didn’t exist, this post is for you!

First, go to Nexon Essential - MapleStory - Labs.

Once you log in, all of your characters will pop up.

From there, just pick the character you want first,

and you can design a phone case using that character.

You can order for both the iPhone and Galaxy series.

The Galaxy lineup supports a super wide range, from the S8 all the way up to the S25 Ultra,

and iPhone support is just as broad—from the iPhone 6 all the way to the iPhone 17.

There are 4 design concepts.

Signature, which really makes your character stand out

Wagle Wagle, which shows off multiple versions of your character in a monogram-like style

Henesys, with your character standing in front of the trendy crowd’s hot spot

Arcana, which gives off a calm and steady vibe

I ordered one in the Wagle Wagle style too, and I’m using it now.

The one downside is that it only comes as a basic jelly case, so there’s no MagSafe support.

Maybe they’ll release a MagSafe-compatible version later, right?

A custom case using MapleStory designs

You can find this on Nexon Essential too.

Go to MapleStory - Custom Studio,

and under Make It My Way - Smartphone, you’ll find a variety of formats ready to use.

You can even get cases for the Z Flip and Fold series here too.

There are 4 main case types: jelly, matte hard, glossy hard, and bumper (camera protection).

I’ll click into one and show you how it works.

Let’s go with the bumper case.

First, pick the base color here.

I’ll go with gray for now.

Next, click ‘Custom Asset’ and look through the Maple assets.

I don’t think this was here the last time I checked, but I’m going to try the newly added ‘Winter’ theme.

How about adding a cute Pink Bean?

When you click the design you want, Pink Bean gets added to the editing screen like this.

Then bring in some other assets and keep decorating.

The layer panel on the left also lets you see the stacking order of the images.

Unfortunately, you can’t drag layers in the layer window to change the order, but you can still adjust it easily with the top menu options like bring forward and send backward.

Add all kinds of assets and decorate it however you want!

Once you’ve decorated your design exactly the way you want, you can also show it off to other people through the ‘Share’ menu.
