Hello, this is Game Sky.
Last time, we went over Phantom Forest, another area in Masteria. Today, we’re heading back to New Leaf City once again, because Rita Rollis apparently has some business with us. So what kind of quest is this, exactly? Today, we’ll be taking a look at Golden Gaze, Stone Grind.
Alright, let’s get started.
Starting level: Estimated to be 45 or higher

Rita Rollis |

The player says they want to become a bounty hunter, and Rita says she’s put a bounty on a certain monster in Phantom Forest.
According to her, the monster we need to take down this time is the Leprechaun. She describes them as annoying little demons. You can keep the conversation going by clicking the first line of dialogue.
Rita Rollis starts going on about how various things in her past led to her becoming a sheriff, but the player’s basically like, that’s nice and all, just tell me what a Leprechaun is.
Long story short, she picked up a Meso pouch, and then a monster hit her with a surprise attack.
To sum this part up too, she fought that monster in a pretty intense battle, figured out its attack pattern, and finally brought it down. All that was left in the end was a little Meso and a silver clover. I don’t have any major complaints about this character, but wow... she really talks a lot.
At the end, Rita says it’s a good thing she remembered the advice of the Thief Instructor, Dark Lord. Anyway, the player reacts with a sort of “wow, that sure was one heck of a battle,” and says they listened well enough.
Now we get to the actual quest objective. She asks you to defeat the underhanded monster called Leprechaun and collect the silver clovers, 30 Lucky Charms.

Leprechaun Hunting Grounds |
|---|
Anyway, I headed back into Phantom Forest for the hunt. The hunting map is a place called Twisted Tree. Since it’s in the first section of Phantom Forest, getting there isn’t too difficult. Leprechaun is a level 45 monster, and it’s honestly not as annoying as Rita made it sound. If you spot a dropped Meso pouch, there’s a very good chance it came from a Leprechaun, so just keep hunting there.

Lucky Charm Market Price |
|---|
Lucky Charms sell for around 100,000 to 150,000 Meso each. The reason is simple: the drop rate is absolutely awful. Since you need 30 of them, you’re looking at at least 3,000,000 to 4,500,000 Meso.
|
Reward |
|---|
The reward really isn’t that great. You do get 50,000 EXP, but the Meso reward is only 100,000 Meso. If you got the items through hunting, that’s one thing, but if you bought them through 메랜지지, then you’re basically taking a loss of 2,900,000 or 4,400,000 Meso.

Wrapping Up |
|---|
This quest is a bit disappointing. Sure, it gives 100,000 Meso, but the way it’s set up means you still come out behind overall. On top of that, the Lucky Charm drop rate is low, so even if you grind it out yourself, you may end up having to go restock Mana Potions along the way. Overall, this one feels pretty underwhelming.
That’s all from Game Sky. Thanks for reading!
