So make sure to check out both how to use them and the coupon codes themselves before you go.

How to Enter a Coupon

You can claim coupon rewards through the coupon entry page on the official Nexon website.

To enter a coupon here, you’ll need both the coupon code and something called your member code.

You can find your member code like this.

Go to Menu - Settings,

and the item labeled UID is your member code!

Copy the UID, then enter the coupon code and member number on the coupon entry page.

If everything was entered correctly, a confirmation pop-up will appear like this.

Once the coupon has been used, you’ll see a result screen like this.

After a short while, the rewards will arrive in your in-game mail.

You can see here that everything is received properly.
