Hello!
I’m Nexon Picker Pistime.
It’s already been two days since ARC Raiders launched.
So today, I’ve got the second PEAK Quest! just for you, PICO readers.
I’ve put together a guide for Time on the Surface.
And yes—clear the quest, and you can earn Nexon Cash!
Last time, I shared the first quest,
so if you haven’t joined in yet,
you can progress both at the same time, so make sure you don’t miss it!

Event period: November 3, 3:00 PM ~ November 14, 11:59 PM |
Mission 1.
Destroy 50 ARC machines!
The first objective in this quest
is simple: destroy any 50 ARC machines.
Early on, it’s a good idea to target flying drone-type ARCs like Wasps and Hornets.
The weak point on flying ARCs is the propeller thruster section!
For weapons, guns that use heavy ammo, like the Pero or Anvil, work especially well.
And here’s one more tip for the spider robots you often find indoors:
self-destruct bots like Pop and Fireball are on the squishier side.
They have a very high chance of appearing when you enter a new building,
and since one shot from a Pero can blow them up, they’re excellent targets for this mission!
Mission 2.
Extract safely from Dam Battlefield, Buried City, and Space Base
The second mission is a pretty challenging one.
Your goal is to extract safely from all three battlefields.
When you first start the game, you can only access the Dam Battlefield.
As you keep playing, Buried City and Space Base will unlock one by one.
I’ll walk you through how to extract from each area.
How to extract from Dam Battlefield
First, let’s go over how to extract from Dam Battlefield, the very first area you’ll visit.
If you check the map, you’ll find a Cargo Elevator at the arrow-marked location, along with a posted schedule.
The Radar Hatch is also an extraction point, but because it needs a key that’s hard to get early on,
it’s better to make the Cargo Elevator your main objective.
Just remember: it closes after a certain amount of time, so you need to get there before that happens!
If you activate the terminal near the elevator entrance,
you can call the elevator.
While it’s opening, make sure you wait somewhere safe.
Be careful, because Raiders may rush in after hearing the sound!
If you want to play it safe, you can press G and move your mouse upward
to shout Don’t Shoot! (Don’t shoot!) and try to leave peacefully.
Of course, that also means hoping the other player wants peace too.
Once opened, the elevator will depart automatically after 2 minutes,
but if you use the terminal inside, you can close the doors and leave immediately.
If your only goal is extraction, try skipping the loot and getting out right away!
How to extract from Buried City
Buried City uses a different extraction method from Dam Battlefield.
You need to head to a Subway Station, and when you hover your mouse over the station,
you’ll see three entrance stairways marked like this.
In the subway area, you can move quickly by sliding like this.
Sliding down the stairs even makes that little tututututuk sound, which is pretty fun.
Once you arrive at the station, call the subway,
and when it arrives shortly after, hop in and activate the terminal.
That said, some extraction points are connected to the opposite side like this,
so if you’re careless, things can quickly turn into a full-on fight.
That said, among the Buried City extraction points,
some places, like South Station, don’t have stairs at all.
When I checked it out myself, I had to go down by riding a line like this.
Each map has its own distinctive extraction style like this,
and that’s one of the things that makes ARC Raiders feel even more fun.
How to extract from Space Base
Space Base uses the same Cargo Elevator extraction as Dam Battlefield.
The difference is that the extraction points are clustered in the center, so it’s pretty dangerous.
Raiders or ARCs can show up at any moment,
so stay alert and make your escape safely!
If you have a hatch key, which works across every region,
you can extract directly through a hatch like this.
Since getting a key early on is difficult,
if you do happen to find one, make the most of it!
Another safe return to Speranza today!
Put this guide to good use and clear the PEAK Quest, Time on the Surface, for yourself as well.
Your skills will naturally improve a lot along the way!
I’ll keep bringing you more ARC Raiders tips and quests,
so if this helped, please subscribe and leave a heart.
