In MapleStory, there’s a place just for that.

It’s Maple Home!!

If you haven’t tried it yet, let’s take a look at Maple Home together!

Entering Maple Home

You can enter Maple Home from Main Menu - under Adventure.

If you plan to visit often, you can add Maple Home to the QUICK MENU and get there quickly without opening the full menu window.

Decorating Maple Home - Building Management

To change Maple Home’s exterior and place furniture, you’ll need to open the Management menu.

Once you open the Management menu, the home decorating options appear — 짠.

In the first menu, you can set up the basic structure of your house.

This part is easy to miss because nothing is labeled here, but if you click the button on the right,

you can choose the staircase position (left / right / no stairs).

The menus below let you set the roof, windows, outer wall, inner wall, and platform, just as shown.

Decorating Maple Home - Furniture Management

Now that the basic structure is set, it’s time to place some furniture, right?

Let’s open the second menu, the Furniture menu.

Here, you can view the furniture you own,

and you can also use filters to show only the furniture you want.

Click a piece of furniture you own, then move your mouse cursor over Maple Home to place it.

Each piece of furniture has its own placement conditions, and if it can’t be placed, it will show up in red, so be sure to position it where it fits.

Now, maybe you only have 1 of a certain piece of furniture, but you want to place several of them.

In that case, click the furniture and press ctrl + c to copy it, and you’ll be able to place one more of the same item.

If a piece of furniture doesn’t look right and you want to remove it, just click it and press delete.

It might feel a little worrying, like it’s being deleted for good, but only the placed version disappears — the furniture still stays safely in your inventory, so you can click it again and place it whenever you want.

Now, let’s use all of this to decorate your own Maple Home.

My Maple Home

This time, I decorated mine using the PC desk I got from the Hideout event.

I went with a theme of a counter on the 1st floor and a PC café on the 2nd floor.

Welcoming guests at the 1st floor counter,

then enjoying games on the 2nd floor!
