1. Mabinogi Mobile

Mabinogi Mobile is a good fit for players who want a world to settle into, with both combat and life skills to enjoy. Alongside character progression and dungeon challenges, activities such as gathering, crafting, and fishing let you choose how to spend your time.

If you are just starting out or returning after a long break, check out “Erinn Burning Challenge: Boost.” Complete attendance, combat, life skill, and progression missions to earn rewards and build up Burning Boost Points.

Here are some of the key rewards:

Logging in alone will not earn you all of these rewards. You must complete missions to reach the required point totals. The weapon and armor rune boxes each award one item at random from their contents, according to set probabilities.

The event runs until December 17 at 5:59 AM. To qualify as a new player, you must have no account or character creation history before September 17 at 6 AM. Returning players qualify after at least 30 days without logging in to their account.

The Halloween event also runs until November 5 at 5:59 AM. Rewards include the jiangshi-themed Midnight Spell outfit and other items, while the Halloween Cat Shop lets you enter a drawing for 넥슨에센셜 merchandise. With about 1 week left, be sure to claim these benefits soon.

Fans of JUJUTSU KAISEN also have news to watch for. An official teaser has announced a JUJUTSU KAISEN collaboration for November 5.

Now is a good time to build up your character through the ongoing Boost event while waiting for the collaboration. There is also a variety of new celebratory events to look forward to.

2. MapleStory

MapleStory is a strong choice for players who enjoy steadily developing a single character through hunting and boss battles. If you are starting now, make the “Get a Hyper Burning Booster!” event your first stop.

A Hyper Burning Booster grants an additional 4 levels every time you level up, up to level 260. Tera Blink also helps you reach level 200 quickly, giving you a useful boost through the early stages.

You can earn equipment, Symbols, and other rewards as you reach level milestones. Highlights include time-limited 15-star Root Abyss equipment and an Eternal Flame Ring, with a 15-star Unique Dominator Pendant among the rewards for reaching level 220.

The booster can be used on characters at levels 10–258 that are not currently Hyper Burning. Zero characters must also have completed Chapter 2 and be at levels 100–258.

If you use the booster on an existing character, you will not receive rewards for levels already reached. Keep in mind that the Root Abyss equipment lasts for 90 days. The Burning effect itself remains active until December 17 at 2 AM.

A recent broadcast introduced another way to boost progression. “Detective Yeti’s Mysterious Magnifying Glass,” revealed on the October 15 MAPLE NOW broadcast, launched on October 22 and runs until November 18.

Using a magnifying glass summons EXP-granting monsters for 100 seconds. The regular version is available at level 101 or higher. The enhanced version requires level 200 or higher, completion of the 5th Job Advancement and Arcane Force quests, and other conditions.

This hunting event pairs well with Burning as you level up your character.

Blue Archive fans should also watch for the collaboration scheduled for November 19. It was first announced in September, and the October 15 broadcast mentioned the November collaboration again.

​

Take advantage of Hyper Burning’s progression support now while waiting for the Blue Archive collaboration. With so many appealing characters in Blue Archive, it will be interesting to see which ones make the crossover.

3. FC ONLINE

FC ONLINE is a good choice for players who want to build a team of their favorite footballers and compete one match at a time. It suits those who would rather learn attacking and defending through matches than commit to long-term character progression in an RPG.

New and returning players can take advantage of the current “FC Kickoff” event. Logging in and playing earns you support to help build your squad.

Pay close attention to the participation deadline. You must claim at least one event reward by October 28 to continue participating until November 11. Even if you start late, claiming that first reward is essential.

The time-limited FC expires on November 11 at 11:59 PM, and the squad pass grants 30 days of access rather than a permanent squad. The 3-day play mission requires one match on each of three separate days—not 3 matches in a single day.

Episode 12 of Locker Room Talk, released on October 23, also previewed upcoming events. Fans of Lee Kang-in should take a look at the “LKI Lee Kang-in Enhancement Challenge,” scheduled to run from October 29 to November 11.

Log in at least once during the event period to claim a +5 LKI Lee Kang-in player from the event page. You can then enhance the player and exchange him for special rewards based on his enhancement level. Simply logging in will not give you a +11 player.

​

A new combined event is scheduled to begin on the same day and run until December 9. It will include exclusive rewards for returning players, login and gameplay rewards, and more.

​

The full extent of the rewards has not yet been confirmed, but the news is worth following if you are considering returning after a long break. When checking the details, keep the currently available FC Kickoff event separate from the events scheduled to begin on October 29.
