Hellooo~ (˶ˊꇴˋو(و ⁾⁾
It's your Nexon Picker, 달냥.
New quests are great and all, but are there any fellow newcomers here—or anyone with their eye on an Imp Mask?

Here's how you can get one!
One quest that's easy to miss in Mabinogi Mobile is Finding the Imp's Marbles.
Complete it, and that funny-looking Imp Mask you see there can be yours.
This quest doesn't have its own quest marker—you have to find a marble lying on the ground to start it,
and then travel across three regions to find all 70 marbles yourself,
so there's quite a bit of legwork involved.
At first, it sounds simple enough—just pick up some shiny marbles,
but when you're down to the last one or two and can't remember where you missed them... that's when it gets frustrating. ㅠㅜ
Plus, auto-navigation won't find the marbles for you, so it helps to know where to look before you set off.
So I've put together a guide covering where to start Finding the Imp's Marbles, all 70 marble locations in Tir Chonaill, Dugald Aisle, and Dunbarton, and some tips for collecting them.

1. Finding the Imp's Marbles: Where Do You Start?
“Finding the Imp's Marbles” doesn't start like a regular quest, with you looking for
a quest icon above an NPC's head.
Instead, you need to find “Something Shiny” lying in front of the Tir Chonaill inn.
|| STEP 1. Head to the Front of the Tir Chonaill Inn || |
|---|
Take a look around the streetlamp in front of the Tir Chonaill inn.
There's a small object on the ground called Something Shiny.

Walk up and interact with it to pick up a small marble.
|| STEP 2. Talk to Piaras, the Innkeeper || |
|---|
Once you've picked up the marble, head inside the inn and talk to Piaras.

Choose the dialogue option about the marble in front of the inn, and he'll tell you about the marbles the Imp has hidden.
Then select Proceed with the Finding the Imp's Marbles Quest to get the collection quest underway.

You'll need to find a total of 70 marbles for this quest.

The marbles are tiny objects on the ground, and the interaction prompt only appears when you get close.
The biggest hassle? If you wander around without keeping track of where you've found marbles,
you'll have to double back later to check for spots you missed.
I'd recommend following the maps below and collecting them in order whenever possible.
|| STEP 3. Tir Chonaill - 25 Marbles || |
|---|

Our first stop is Tir Chonaill.
The marbles aren't just around the inn—they're scattered all over town, including the school, workshop, church, and pasture.
I recommend following the map in one direction and checking off each location as you collect its marble.
Don't forget the places you wouldn't normally wander into, like the narrow path to the left of the school or the space behind the workshop.
Some marbles are hidden behind trees, so try adjusting your camera angle as you search.
|| STEP 4. Dugald Aisle - 15 Marbles || |
|---|

Next up is Dugald Aisle.
It has the fewest marbles of the three regions, but with so many branching paths and wooded areas, they're easier to miss than you'd think.
Use the logging plaza as your reference point as you explore the surrounding area, checking the logging site, camp, and forks in the forest paths.
If you've reached a marked location on the map but can't see a marble,
check whether nearby trees or terrain are hiding it from view.
Using Moonstones for longer trips can make getting around a little easier.
|| STEP 5. Dunbarton - 30 Marbles || |
|---|

Our last stop is Dunbarton, which has the most marbles hidden away.
You'll need to find a whopping 30 here!
In Dunbarton, marbles are scattered not just inside town, but around the walls and on the outskirts too.
So rather than wandering aimlessly from the town center,
I recommend checking outside the walls first, then exploring the walls and the town itself.
Watch out for marbles on top of the walls—the map marker alone can make them look like they're down below,
so remember to check above you too.
Using the Moonstones at Rabbie Dungeon, Math Dungeon, Dunbarton's North Gate, and other spots can help cut down on travel.
3. Easy-to-Miss Locations and Quest Rewards
|| What to Check When You Can't See a Marble || |
|---|
These marbles are so tiny that you can be right at the marked location on the map
and still not spot them.

└ No, this isn't a Magic Eye puzzle..
When that happens, here's what to check first.
|
Problem |
What to Try |
|---|---|
|
Can't see the marble |
Change the camera angle and check the ground |
|
No interaction prompt appears |
Move closer to the marked location |
|
Hidden by a tree or building |
Check behind nearby scenery too |
|
Missing the last 1~2 marbles |
Compare the spots you've collected from with the map markers |
|
Unsure of your progress |
Check the quest's collection count for each region |
My best tip is to check off each spot on the marble map as soon as you pick up the marble.
For example, if your Tir Chonaill progress is 24/25, you know there's one left,
but that doesn't tell you which marbles you've already picked up.
If you've been checking off each spot on the map as you go, though, you only need to check the remaining locations. Much easier, right?
Pinning Finding the Imp's Marbles to your in-game quest tracker also makes it easier to check your progress by region.
|| What to Check When You Can't See a Marble || |

Once you've collected all 70 marbles, you can complete the quest and claim your rewards!

The standout here is the Imp Mask.
Alongside those useful resources, you get a cosmetic with a pretty distinctive look,
so if you love collecting or putting together outfits, why not give it a shot?
Wrapping Up - A Quick Recap
|
Find the marble in front of the Tir Chonaill inn → Talk to Piaras → 25 in Tir Chonaill → 15 in Dugald Aisle → 30 in Dunbarton → Complete the quest |
“Finding the Imp's Marbles” doesn't require high combat power or a tough boss fight.
Instead, you need to check the map yourself rather than rely on auto-navigation, and if you don't keep track of where you've collected marbles,
you could end up revisiting the same spots over and over—those are the biggest hurdles.
If you haven't started the quest yet, stop by the Tir Chonaill inn first,
and if you're already working on it, compare the marbles you still need with the locations on the map.
I think this one's especially worth a try if you enjoy exploring and collecting, or want to tick off hidden quests one by one.
That's all for this post!
I'll be back next time with more gaming stories.
달냥 signing off!
