[MapleStory] A Hard-to-Earn Medal Worth Chasing: Complete Guide to Seven Day Monster Parker Requirements and How Long It Takes

Hellooo~ (˶ˊꇴˋو(و ⁾⁾

I'm Nexon Picker 달냥.

When it comes to hard-to-get medals in MapleStory, Seven Day Monster Parker certainly makes the list.

What's that? It's easy these days? ... Shh! Forest of Secrets

To earn this medal, you need to complete a set number of Monster Park clears for each day of the week, from Monday through Sunday,

and since daily entries are limited, you'll need to put in the time consistently.

You used to need 77 clears for each day of the week, but that requirement has since been lowered to 30.

Back in my day...!!!

Still, finishing all seven days takes a total of 210 clears. That's no small number.

In this guide, we'll cover the requirements for the Seven Day Monster Parker medal and how long it actually takes to earn,

along with some helpful tips before you get started.

1. What Is the Seven Day Monster Parker Medal?

Seven Day Monster Parker is a medal you can earn in MapleStory's Monster Park.

In Monster Park, you defeat monsters within a time limit to earn EXP and rewards.

You can enter through the Monster Park Shuttle in towns, Quick Move, or the Dimensional Mirror.

But did you know there's a special medal to earn here, too—not just EXP and reward boxes for each day of the week?

That's Seven Day Monster Parker, which you earn by collecting and exchanging all seven day-of-the-week medals.

The medal comes with some useful stats, too.

+7 each

Attack Power / Magic ATT

That Ignore Enemy Defense +10% really stands out, doesn't it?

If you're preparing for boss fights and need more Ignore Enemy Defense, this medal is worth setting your sights on as a long-term goal.

Of course, appealing stats don't mean you can just pick it up right away.

You have to meet the clear requirement for every day of the week—and each day only comes around once a week.

That's what sets this medal apart.

2. How to Get It: Requirements and Steps

First, enter Monster Park and accept the following quest from the NPC Spiegelmann.

[Monster Park] Want to Try for the Day-of-the-Week Medals?

The quest is available at level 105 or above. Zero also has a separate story progression requirement.

From there, clear Monster Park 30 times on each day of the week, from Monday through Sunday.

Once you meet a day's requirement, turn in the quest to Spiegelmann to receive that day's medal.

Once you've collected all 7 day-of-the-week medals and exchanged them with Spiegelmann,

you'll finally have Seven Day Monster Parker.

One important thing to keep in mind!

The “Seven Day Monster Parker” medal and the “Seven Days Badge” are different items.

└ Two different items!!! Not the same thing!!!

For the Seven Days Badge, you collect all 7 day-of-the-week badges, which drop randomly from Monster Park rewards,

then exchange them for the badge.

└ That's not the item we're covering here...

By contrast, the medal in this guide is a quest reward for reaching each day's required clear count,

so make sure you don't mix the two up.

3. How Long It Takes and How to Make Steady Progress

So, how long does it take to earn Seven Day Monster Parker?

Currently, Monster Park allows up to 14 clears per day per world,

with a limit of 7 clears per day per character.

Of those, 2 entries per day are free,

while additional entries require Monster Park free entry tickets or Maple Points.

With those limits in mind, here's how long you can expect it to take.

Approach

Time to Reach 30 Clears for Each Day

Time to Earn the Final Medal

2 free entries per day

That day must come around 15 times

About 15 weeks

7 entries per day on the same character

That day must come around 5 times

About 5 weeks

※ Note ※

These estimates assume you play every day without missing a week.

Your timeline will vary depending on your existing clear counts and whether you use extra entry tickets.

Sticking to free entries takes about 15 weeks, or roughly 3 and a half months.

Using additional entries to reach 7 clears a day can shorten that to about 5 weeks.

But remember, you don't have to spend Maple Points just to speed things up!!!!

If you're in no hurry to get the medal,

you can simply work toward it as part of your usual Monster Park EXP routine.

|| Helpful Tips Before You Get Started ||

First — Check Your Clear Count for Each Day

Talk to Spiegelmann to see how many clears you've completed for each day of the week.

Checking which days you still need can help you avoid spending extra entries unnecessarily.

|

Second — Try the Sweep Feature

Monster Park now has a sweep feature that lets a single run count as multiple clears.

You'll get clear credit and rewards for the number of sweeps you select, cutting down on time spent repeating the same runs.

|

Third — Don't Miss a Day

This is the most important tip of all.

For example, if the Monday medal is the only one you still need but you miss Monster Park on Monday,

you'll have to wait until the following Monday.

No amount of clears on other days can make up for the Monday clears you're missing.

Main Benefit

Ignore Enemy Defense +10%

Earning Seven Day Monster Parker doesn't require overwhelming combat power.

Instead, it's a test of patience: you need to keep showing up on the right days.

The recently lowered requirements and the sweep feature make it easier to work toward than it used to be,

but 210 total clears is still quite a commitment...

If you already play Monster Park regularly, or want more Ignore Enemy Defense for boss fights,

I'd recommend setting this medal as a long-term goal.

It's not something you can earn overnight, so once you've met every day's requirements and claimed the medal,

you'll also have a meaningful reminder of all the time you've put in.

That's all for this post!

I'll be back next time with another gaming story.
