This time, I’ve put together a guide for the MapleStory Hangul Day event

[Hangul Energy] Hidden Mission!

From Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM to Wednesday, October 15 at 11:59 PM,

you can obtain 'Hangul Energy' by hunting monsters within your level range,

then use it to create your own custom medal during the event.

On top of that, if you complete the hidden Hidden Mission,

you can also receive a Select Hangul Damage Skin Box.

Maple Hangul Day Hidden Mission Guide

01. Claim the Medal

To complete the Hangul Day Hidden Mission, you will need the 'Mysterious Hangul Energy' medal.

The requirements to claim the medal are as follows.

Obtain at least 10 Hangul Energy through hunting Use Phrase Reset at least once * Once these requirements are met, you can claim the medal from the event UI * You can still reset the phrase after claiming the medal

02. Talk to Thales

On a character that has the medal, speak with NPC Librarian Thales in the Dimensional Library.

You can reach him through [Quick Move] - [Dimensional Mirror] - [Maple Chronicle: Dimensional Library].

03. Go to the Ellinia Magic Library

Next, use the Maple Guide to move to the Ellinia Magic Library.

Then, with the 'Mysterious Hangul Energy' medal equipped, click the green book in the upper-right corner.

* If it does not proceed, make sure the medal is equipped in the Equipment tab, not the Appearance tab!

Once the conversation ends, you will receive the 'Select Hangul Damage Skin Box' as a reward.

Please note that the Hidden Mission is only available until Wednesday, October 15 at 11:59 PM.

Hidden Mission Easter Egg

Even after completing the quest, you can still speak to the Magic Potion Encyclopedia.

Interestingly, its dialogue changes depending on the phrase!

Most of the time, you will see the same script,

but with the I want to go home phrase I’m currently using, the dialogue above appeared! ㅎㅎㅎ

Also, when the medal’s phrase is long, this type of dialogue can appear as well.

After finishing the quest, it’s worth clicking it at least once to check.

This is the Select Hangul Damage Skin Box, which is the reward for the Hangul Energy Hidden Mission.

You can choose one of the three damage skins below.
