Some achievements come naturally as you keep playing Mabinogi Mobile,
while other titles take a long-term commitment to earn.

In this post, I’ll cover two titles that took me a long time to earn:
King of Diligence and All-Rounder.
Both depend more on consistent play than on any particular strategy,
but I’ve outlined their requirements and a few useful things to know along the way.

💼 King of Diligence: Does Dedication Count as Work Experience?

King of Diligence is earned by completing 1,000 part-time jobs.
The requirement is simple, but there’s a catch: the game doesn’t let you check
how many part-time jobs you’ve completed.
Without a way to track my progress, I could only wait and wonder how close I was,
which I found particularly frustrating.

In Mabinogi Mobile, one part-time job is automatically added every day at 6 p.m.
If an existing job is still unfinished at that point, its type changes.
Another 5 part-time jobs are added on Mondays at 6 a.m.
You can hold up to 10 part-time jobs at a time,
so it’s best to work through them regularly rather than let them pile up for too long.

A few other activities can help you build up your completion count.
A Life Membership adds one membership-exclusive part-time job each week.
The weekday dungeons you can run daily also have quests in the part-time jobs tab, so they’re worth clearing consistently.
On weekends, the “Border Guard Supply Delivery” quest from Aodhan also counts as a part-time job.

Keep up with these activities, and you’ll eventually reach 1,000 completions.
Just remember that King of Diligence doesn’t combine completion counts across your account or server:
you need to complete 1,000 part-time jobs on a single character.

I started playing on March 27, 2025, when Mabinogi Mobile officially launched,
and earned King of Diligence on March 7, 2026.
That’s nearly a year.
With no way to check your completion count along the way,
this is a title that really calls for persistence.

🎮 All-Rounder: Erinn’s Talent Academy

All-Rounder is earned by completing the account achievement Adventurer’s Potential–Potential Realized 3.
Owning it increases Attack by 275, Defense by 275, and Max HP by 800.
These bonuses help raise your character’s combat power,
making it a worthwhile goal for strengthening your character.

You need to reach a combined class level of 1,205 across all your characters on the server, excluding duplicate classes.
Mabinogi Mobile currently has 21 classes, each with a maximum level of 65.
If you level every class evenly, each needs to be at least level 58.
If you focus on reaching the level cap instead, you’ll need to max out 19 classes to meet the requirement.

Fortunately, class levels from all your characters on the server count toward this achievement.
You can therefore use all 6 character slots to spread your class leveling across multiple characters.
Leveling classes involves regular runs through dungeons and deep dungeons,
which cost silver coins and offerings to enter.

Some main story quests also reward class EXP.
For these quests, it helps to equip the weapon for the class you want to level.
Quest rewards and the advantages of particular equipment can vary between story sections, though,
so adjust your approach as needed.

So, how long does this achievement take?
It’s hard to give an exact timeframe.
All-Rounder wasn’t available at launch; it was added later.
I already met the requirements when it was added, so I unlocked it that same day.

For reference, I began playing at launch on March 27, 2025,
and reached the level cap for 3 classes on a single character on October 16, 2025.
If you plan to use all 6 character slots and max out 3 classes per character,
that timeline may help you set your overall leveling goals.

Of course, higher-level dungeons have been released since then,
and dungeon clears now award more class EXP.
If you’re starting now, you may be able to meet the requirements
faster than I did.

🗓 Until the Day You Get There

The requirements for King of Diligence and All-Rounder aren’t complicated.
For both titles, though, the key is to make steady progress
as part of your regular play rather than try to finish them quickly.

It took me nearly a year to earn King of Diligence,
and I’d leveled enough characters to meet All-Rounder’s requirements by the time the achievement was added.
Even if these titles feel out of reach right now,
keep up with your daily activities and continue leveling your classes,
and you’ll get there eventually!
