Hi! I’m Leeho, an adventurer who’s been living in Erinn for 450 days now.

I love my character so much that I haven’t missed a single day of playing.

How did it come to this(?)

One thing I know for sure is that a huge part of it came from the fun of making a character that really feels like my own in an RPG.

Dressing them in colors I love, and changing their outfits when the seasons change just like in real life,

raising them with so much affection they start to feel almost real.

And after slowly gathering up all my tastes in Mabinogi Mobile like that,

I became a tangerine🍊 person.

지향색 culture

A culture that exists in Mabinogi, the original IP behind Mabinogi Mobile,

where you pick a favorite color, then collect clothes and items to match it.

I’m usually a little low on fire energy (what?)

and since I naturally love orange, my 지향색 is tangerine!

(Haha)

So whatever the outfit is, I usually go for a look that feels at least a little natural.

Rather than pure white (FFFFFF), I prefer an off-white starting with E or F,

and I like mixing in colors like green or brown when I dye things.

The default colors on Mabinogi Mobile fashions are lovely too,

but I really, really enjoy the whole process of dyeing them into my 지향색, then running around in the finished look.

I dyed this Chuseok outfit that way too.

With a tangerine on my head too, I officially became a human tangerine.

Changing outfits with the seasons is another one of my little joys.

It’s gotten pretty chilly lately, right?

So these days I’ve been pulling out long-sleeved outfits and dyeing them all over again.

If I had to sum up the fun of making my own character in one line?

Spending my everyday in-game life with a character filled with my own tastes.

Sometimes I even turn on the game just because I want to see my character, even if I’m not planning to do combat or life skills or anything,

and honestly, my character feels a bit like an alter ego... or maybe a favorite comfort doll.

Now that I’m writing it out, I guess you could say I’m kind of playing it like a metaverse.

So, in conclusion: I played again today because my character is cute.

If you want to try putting together a 지향색 coordi too, I think this is a nice way to start!

• Pick one color you already love.

• Watch how other players dye their outfits as they pass by.

• Try it out on one outfit you really like.

Koo-and-Koo, pure black, or pure white preferences are great too, of course,

but dyeing a whole bunch of outfits in a color you love has its own kind of fun too.
