Maple Planet’s New Class and Update: Evan Is Here, Plus Gameplay #2DRPG매력
게임하늘

Hello, this is GameSky.
It’s been quite a while since I last came back with Maple Planet, but on October 1, 2026, Maple Planet finally released a brand-new class. And yep, it’s Evan—the Dragon Master and one of the Heroes. Seeing Evan arrive really drives home just how fast Maple Planet’s update pace has been lately. When you think of the charm of 2D RPGs, you think MapleStory, and when you think pure nostalgia, it’s classic Maple. Maple Planet is still going strong, so today we’re diving into Maple Planet’s new class update, Evan’s release, and some gameplay.
Alright then, let’s get into it.

And there it is—Evan has finally been added to character creation. At long last, the lizard master... no, the dragon master, Evan. Let’s get this rolling.

Pretty nice nickname, right? That’s right: BestTool. All the rare nicknames(?) are mine. Anyway, on to the gameplay.

At the beginning, I headed over to the far right, and sure enough, there was a giant dragon waiting there. Anyway, let’s click the dragon.

This is a little dangerous. I really don’t want to become a magical girl, but when I woke up, I’d somehow been forced into a contract with a dragon.

Mom brushes it off as some weird nonsense dream and tells him to go talk to his older brother instead. The brother, meanwhile, says it’s not some random dream—it’s a dragon dream.

Anyway, we’ve got this truly lovely brother and parents making a little kid do forced labor. They even tell him to head into the forest. And Evan, this total pushover—no, this nice kid—actually agrees to it.

While trying to save a baby pig, Evan basically bought himself a ticket to the afterlife. But nope—it turned into an isekai. And over there, he found a dragon egg.

After returning from that sweet little isekai trip back to reality, it’s right back to forced labor again.

And in the middle of all that labor, the little lizard hatched. Judging by the way it talks, it’s got a pretty cheeky attitude too.

Anyway, that wraps up Evan’s tutorial.

Planet Burning Event |

Now for the part everyone likes: the event rundown. This update includes the Limit Break Planet Burning event. No matter which class you play, it helps you level much faster all the way up to level 100. On top of that, you also get 1 extra level.

Evan Step-Up Event |
|---|

There’s also the Evan Step-Up Event, where you can claim rewards as you level up. It runs from October 1 to November 5, so keep that November 5 end date in mind. If you pair it with Planet Burning, you should be able to grab the rewards even faster.

And of course, defeating level-range monsters is always part of the routine. Just like the other event, if you defeat 300 level-range monsters during the same period, you’ll receive a Daily Gift.
