Today, I’m hopping back into MapleLand for the first time in a while. The Chuseok event is currently live in MapleLand, and the holiday itself is just around the corner too! I hope all the office workers who’ve been working hard, and all the students who’ve been busy with school, get to enjoy a fun and happy Chuseok. And of course, MapleLand players should definitely make the most of the event. I’m really curious what kinds of activities are included this time. Anyway, in this post, we’ll be looking at the three MapleLand Chuseok event quests: Bountiful Hangawi, Tell Me Your Wish, Please Gather the Hangawi Moonlight, and Kidnapped Gaga.

Bountiful Hangawi, Tell Me Your Wish

Grandpa Moon Bunny suddenly tells me to make a wish. I’ve got all kinds of wishes, but more than anything, I hope there are lots of happy days ahead. I hope all of you make plenty of money, meet a great boyfriend or girlfriend, visit lots of fun places, and keep having good days from here on out.

Once you’ve shared your wish, he asks you to defeat level range monsters and collect 30 Wish Papers.

If you manage to collect all 30 Wish Papers, you’ll receive 2 2x EXP Coupons like this.

Please Gather the Hangawi Moonlight

Cassandra shows up in this event too, and apparently she’s suddenly started a new business. The player feels a little uneasy about this eccentric Cassandra going into business, but also curious at the same time.

She says that if you leave the magical glass bottle open for 30 minutes, it’ll fill up with moonlight. So I went ahead and waited the full 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, Cassandra talks to you again. She’s thrilled at the idea that her new business will be a huge success, while the player’s reaction is basically, “She’s really selling this?”

Even so, Cassandra says it’s better than letting the full moonlight of Hangawi simply go to waste, and wishes you a bountiful Hangawi. As a reward, you get a buff called Bountiful Hangawi. For 60 minutes, it increases attack by 20, magic attack by 40, and movement speed by 40.

Kidnapped Gaga

Baby Moon Bunny suddenly says that Gaga has been kidnapped by aliens and asks the player for help.

From there, you travel to the Moon through the Dimensional Mirror.

If you talk to Grandpa Moon Bunny, you can start the Gaga rescue mission.

First, this quest takes place on a jump map. It’s not especially difficult, but it is a little tricky.

You need to complete the rescue a total of 10 times. Once you’ve done it 10 times, you’ll receive a riding skill called Space Ship.

Wrapping Up

Today, we took a look at the MapleLand Chuseok event. I’ve heard there are other Chuseok events besides these as well, so I should check those out later.
