[Mabinogi Mobile] I pray, I pray... Moon above, please let us have some happy gaming time this Chuseok holiday too!

This post was created as part of Nexon PEAK activities.

Chuseok 2026 is already next week. With fewer than ten days left, holiday season always feels exciting. Since getting married, holidays do hit a little differently than they did when I was single, but still, there’s just something about those red-letter days. Always good. How much of the break I’ll actually get to spend fully on myself is... something I’ll only know when it happens. But one thing is certain. I am getting a hanbok. Absolutely getting one. Because the Chuseok hanbok is here! So let me tell you why Mabinogi Mobile absolutely deserves some of your holiday time.

First of all: the hanbok. Obviously, I have to get the hanbok. I still wear the one I got for Lunar New Year all the time, and since I picked up the durumagi on the left back then, this time I’m aiming for the skirt version. Whew, I wanted both of them at the time, but my bank account wouldn’t allow it, and honestly, I’m still a little sad about that. They were just so pretty.

This Chuseok’s hanbok set leans blue on both sides. And my target this time is the skirt hanbok on the right. I really, really want that hair ornament. Yes, you can just buy it from the cash shop, but I’m a light spender, so I’m going the event route. The price is 3,300 Cash, or 33,000 won each.

If you head to the Event tab, there’s a Chuseok Songpyeon Exchange Shop. As of September 19, there should be 25 days left. I took these screenshots on the 17th, after all. And if you check the exchange items, right at the very top! Under the Hangawi Treasure and Songpyeon Set Collection, there’s a Hangawi Hanbok Set Shopping Bag. You can pick one of the two options from there.

So the important question is: how do you get Songpyeon? First, if you clear dungeons or hunting grounds each day, you can get 10 Unexpected Bond Songpyeon Sets per day. With 25 days left as of the 19th, that works out to roughly 250. You can also get more through the attendance event and the event with Chudoryeong.

"Utmost" Devotion Songpyeon Sets let you "choose" one of the included items, while the "Unexpected" Bond Songpyeon Set can give you either an Utmost Devotion Songpyeon Set that lets you choose your Songpyeon, or one of 10 Songpyeon at random. That’s why I’m planning to open the random sets as soon as I get them, while saving the selectable Songpyeon sets for later, so I can use them to fill in whatever Songpyeon I’m missing.

The Songpyeon types are:

Epic grade has two in the savory series: Savory Azalea Songpyeon and Savory White Jade Songpyeon,

Elite grade has three in the sweet series: Sweet Forsythia Songpyeon, Sweet Mugwort Songpyeon, Sweet Mulberry Songpyeon

Rare grade has five: Forsythia, Mugwort, Mulberry, Azalea, and White Jade.

On top of that, Chuseok has brought quite a bit to do: the Spin Top Together side game, which also gives dye, making a wish to the moon, clearing the newly opened Nightmare Drill, and more. So yes, I definitely have things I need to get done over the holiday, but I also don’t think I can let myself miss logging into Mabinogi Mobile whenever I get the chance.

So this Chuseok holiday, how about logging into Mabinogi Mobile and grabbing a hanbok? New players and returning players are always welcome. I miss you, my friends who quit. And to all the new newbies coming in: you’re always welcome too!

+ Compared to the last hanbok, I do feel a tiny bit disappointed, mostly because another outfit with a very similar vibe immediately came to mind. Still, I’m looking forward to the next hanbok, and the next outfit too. Please give us lots more pretty clothes. Ah, but I am very happy that anyone can wear the hanbok regardless of gender. The outfit on the right can be worn by male characters, and the outfit on the left by female characters! +
