When people talk about collections in games, they usually mean visible things like pets, mounts, or costumes.
I like that kind of content too, but there is another collection I have been building in 마비노기 모바일.
It’s class levels.

마비노기 모바일 is a game where you can freely switch between a wide range of classes while playing on a single character.
Every class has its own level, and the character info window lets you see at a glance how many classes you have trained up.
For some reason, I found a lot of fun in filling out that list one by one.

🎮 Filling out my class collection, one by one

Raising class levels is not just about trying out new jobs.

1

Once a class reaches the level cap of 65, you earn a title unique to that class.
I really like how the names reflect each class’s identity, like Nirvana Monk, Heavenly Musician, Legendary Bard, and Unfailing Longbowman,
and best of all, once you unlock them, those titles are shared across the server and can be used on your other characters too.

2

On top of that, each title also boosts stats like Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Will, and Luck,
so the more I collected, the more I could actually see my character getting stronger bit by bit.
It was the kind of content that gave me the satisfaction of completing a collection while also letting me steadily build up my character.

📈 Progression content that gets stronger the more you collect

To be fair, class levels are also the kind of content most players end up paying attention to at least once.
To earn the achievement “All-Rounder,” the total combined level of every class on your account has to reach 1205,
and in earlier seasons, there were even endgame runes tied to class level requirements.

In Season 0, the weapon rune “Thousand Swords”

had an effect that increased attack power each time you raised a sword-using class to level 40.
In Season 1, the mythic-grade rune “Ten Thousand Branching Waterways”

had an effect that increased attack power every time you reached class level 50,

so if you raised every class, you could get up to a 35% attack power increase.

5

There is no rune of that same type in the current season,
but some life tool options still increase gathering speed when you reach certain class levels within a specific category.
I think class levels are a progression element worth investing in over time, because they affect not just combat but life content too.

Finding a fun way to enjoy content you have to do anyway

6

A lot of people probably raised class levels simply because it was something they had to do anyway.
But for me, it felt a little different.
Trying each new class one by one, collecting max-level titles along the way,
and just watching the character info window slowly fill up was fun in itself.

7

Since I also play several alt characters, instead of repeatedly leveling the same class,
I chose to spread things out and bring a variety of classes to max level.
It was an efficient choice too, since you can earn server-shared titles, and the All-Rounder achievement does not count duplicates of the same class.

One of my long-term goals is to eventually reach max level with every class on a single character.
That said, it feels possible that the class level cap could be expanded, so for now I am saving my Spirit Traces.
If the day comes when the cap is raised, I have a feeling I will want to level my main class first right away.

In 마비노기 모바일, class levels are
a kind of collection that lets you experience new combat styles, gather distinctive titles, and grow your character,
while naturally building up your progression at the same time.

Visible collections like pets and mounts are definitely fun too,
but the collection I have enjoyed the longest is class levels.
If you want to feel both the fun of filling out the list one by one and the sense of accomplishment that comes from getting stronger the more you collect,
I definitely recommend giving it a try at least once.
