Sometimes when I’m playing a game, I end up spending more time dressing up my character than actually fighting. For me, customization isn’t just a feature that changes how a character looks—it’s another kind of content where I get to build the character I want with my own hands. That’s probably why I tend to stick with games longer when the customization is especially well done.

The game where I’ve enjoyed customization the most is 《Mabinogi Mobile》.

That really shows how many different kinds of character vibes you can create, and honestly, it makes looking through other players’ customizations a lot of fun too.

I’ve also had plenty of moments where I looked at someone else’s customization and got a new idea, or just sat there thinking, “Wow, you can even make a character like that.”

On top of that, you can get the colors you want through minigames and use them for dyeing, so even the exact same outfit can end up giving off a completely different feel.

It’s genuinely fun to see how two players can wear the same outfit and still give off totally different impressions depending on their color combinations. Because of that, whenever a new outfit comes out, even deciding what colors to dye it has become part of the fun for me.
