Today I’m gonna give a quick intro to Elsword’s “Customizing” system.

Custom - Idle Motion

If you type custom /idle1~ /idle4 in-game,

your character can dance or strike different poses with that idle motion.

Using Noah as the example, the default idle motion lineup includes

Noah Idle Motion, Second Dejection Idle Motion, Hazy Delusion Idle Motion, and Morpheus Idle Motion,

and beyond that, there are more idle motions from events or cash purchases too, starting with stuff like How to Take Pretty Selfies!~ and so on.

Custom - Motion

For custom motions, you’ve got El House motions, event collab motions, default motions, and more.

Custom - Skill Cut-In

Skill cut-ins are split up the same way too: default motions, event motions, cash motions, etc.

You can reset and configure them from Tenacity all the way up to Hyper Active.

It’s better to have all 4 skill cut-ins filled. (All 4 options get applied.)

Custom-Face

Same deal for face customizations too.

But Noah’s default face is good-looking too.

Especially Cele, Nyx, and Morphe.

Reve tends to be a lot less expressive.

Feels like I’m fangirling while writing this post ㅈㅅ but I mean it, seriously

Custom-Frame

There are frames under Custom too.

Honestly, as far as I know, frames are only obtainable through events.

Most people don’t really like them since they cover part of the screen.

But personally, I still want them to release more frames.

Custom-Portrait

This is the custom portrait that got added this summer.

Other people can’t see it; it only shows up for me.

This time, I bought the Elrios Diner-Shake Portrait (Noah),

and buying it does not change the eye color of the portrait while awakened.

(So yeah, you just have to watch your awakening timing yourself.)
