Mabinogi is a long-running IP with more than 20 years of history. I’m not someone who spent years playing Mabinogi firsthand, but

after starting Mabinogi Mobile, I gradually began to understand why this IP has remained so beloved for so long.

As I played Mabinogi Mobile and looked into Mabinogi’s lore, I found that, true to a long-running game loved for many years, the foundation of its worldbuilding was incredibly solid, and each character’s personal story was compelling in its own way.

The engaging stories surrounding the goddess, the knights, and the world of Erinn pulled me in almost instantly.

I think that’s exactly why the fandom has endured for so long: the game left players with a memorable story and a memorable world.

I think Mabinogi Mobile can be a new entry point not only for players who experienced the original Mabinogi, but also for players like me who didn’t know the original very well.

What impressed me most is that, instead of one game simply ending with time, it continues forward through a new title.
