On days when I’m feeling a little worn out, I usually look for a game I can just relax and wander around in rather than taking on harder content.

Mabinogi Mobile is the first game I open on days like that.
Even after I finish raids and Abyss, there are a lot of times when I stay logged in for quite a while instead of closing the game right away.
It’s not because I still have something left to do, but because simply spending time in the game feels healing on its own.

🌅 Exploring the Scenery

1

There’s one thing I end up doing a lot in Mabinogi Mobile, and have for a while now.
I like wandering around to find places where screenshots turn out especially pretty.
When I come across a spot with a beautiful sunset, or somewhere high up where I can look down over the village,
I always end up leaving my character there for a moment and taking a few pictures.

As I move around with the auto-move feature, little objects I used to pass by without noticing start to catch my eye one by one.
Benches, streetlights, decorations hanging on walls, small flower beds... things you could easily ignore,
but when you see how carefully each one was made, just looking around the map becomes fun.

🎵 Playing Together

3

If I see another player performing by a campfire or at a dungeon entrance, I naturally stop for a bit.
Sometimes I walk over and join in, and if it’s a song I really like, I transcribe the sheet music and keep it as one of my own.
There’s something really satisfying about the moment a song I love becomes something I can play in-game.
I can bring it back out later, or perform it with friends, so it feels like adding one more memory to my time in the game.

🏡 My Own My Home

8

My Home is another place I visit often.
As I place furniture and decorate it to match my taste, it really starts to feel like I have a little space of my own inside the game.
Even when I’m not doing any special content, just dropping in for a bit and quietly resting there is enough to put me at ease.

Sometimes friends come by too.
If I’m in My Home, the icon in the friends list shows up in yellow, so I think a lot of them notice that and come find me.
Even without making any plans, we naturally end up meeting in My Home and just chatting for a while.
Even though it’s in a game, it really does feel like friends have come over to hang out at my place, and I really like that time.

🐾 Cute Companion Pets

4

In combat, I more or less have to use pets with better stats.
But in Mabinogi Mobile, you can separately choose which companion pet appears with you in town.
Thanks to that, I can always keep my favorite red panda with me.
It’s not a pet I get to use much in battle, but I’m happy that I can still have it with me around town.

I also really liked the gecko pet added in this update.
The yellow heart effect suits my character so well that I think I’ll be taking this pet around town with me for a while.
It’s fun too, since it feels like a pet that matches the current moment now that the Dragon Raid has been added...

When you interact with pets, each one has its own different motion,
and watching them one by one is another small little healing point.

In Mabinogi Mobile, time passes easily even without touching the main content.
Looking at the scenery, performing with other players, and

meeting friends in My Home and spending time with cute pets... before I know it, it’s time to log out.

At the end of the day, a relaxed pace suits me better than competition,
so on tired days, I end up opening Mabinogi Mobile even more often.
Even just logging in for a little while to rest before heading out again helps me wrap up the day on a good note.
