[Taking part in the NEXON PEAK Post Challenge]

I started playing in middle school

and by high school, 근미 and I were skipping school and heading to the PC bang almost every day to play Cyphers

On the way there we'd put on Cyphers character themes and make a game of guessing whose theme was playing

Getting to the PC bang, switching on the computer, and firing up Cyphers

that loading music would get me so hyped

Even now, hearing it takes me right back…

Now everyone's working, getting married, and they've all quit playing, so I only play once a year myself, but

it really was such a fun game

Back then we'd use skills just to try to get on top of the boxes around the map, sometimes ending up there with players from the enemy team

and we'd all get into character and mess around togetherㅋㅋ

There was something special about it, it was so much fun

(In the chat, Rebecca's laughing and asking if we'd rather climb boxes)

It really, really was such a fun game

A big part of the problem is that only the veterans are left, so every match is sweaty now...

Especially when I play late at night, everyone's got a shit attitude too, it's so damn stressful

Looking through old screenshots makes me sad..

So I play once a year.

Seriously, look through my blog posts, I actually do play once a yearㅋㅋㅋ ㅋㅋ legendary

It's July '26 now, so I'm due for another round

Even my character picks are outdated, so I'm scared to log inㅜ

Still, I'll love you forever, Cyphers..

I bought a ticket for today's 사퍼한데이 event and then didn't go because I couldn't be bothered, but

you'll always be my favorite game of all time, deep down.

Writing this has me wanting to play again, now I'm sad
