Cyphers is a blast to watch on stream, and somehow even more fun when you play it yourself!

Watching top-tier players on stream gave me so much vicarious hype I seriously couldn’t even put it into words~

Especially when teammates are perfectly syncing up for a teamfight, or when unexpected variables keep popping up nonstop, it just never gets old even when you’re only watching!

Cyphers is honestly one of those games I played for a really long time and put a ton of effort into,

and it was also the game that pulled me straight into the world of game streaming!!

Playing it yourself is super fun too,

but watching cracked players pop off is also a huge part of what makes this game so fun~

Heart-pounding teamfights — this is exactly why we watch streams!

I randomly stumbled onto a Cyphers streamer’s broadcast one timeㅡ

and it just so happened to be an insanely close game with only the final teamfight left.

It turned into a full-on Trooper last-hit fight, everyone was dumping every skill they had and it was total chaos, and then the streamer nailed a massive ultimate at the most clutch timing possible and completely flipped the whole teamfight around!

I seriously thought my dopamine was about to explode!!

The viewers were all freaking out together, going “wow they actually lived that” and “that’s insane,”

and I was yelling all by myself too haha

That was the moment I totally got why everyone goes looking for hot streaming games. 

That same sweaty, nail-biting tension you feel when playing yourself came through the stream perfectly too!

Living-room World Cup kickoff? Official tournament broadcasts that make you way too invested!

The real charm of game broadcasts really shows up in “official tournament streams” too.

They definitely feel way bigger in scale than regular public-match streams.

From the absolutely ridiculous ban-pick battles between pro players, to skill chains and raw mechanics decided in literal fractions of a second..

I was seriously sitting there with my jaw dropped.

And with the casters’ super punchy commentary and real-time analysis on top of that, the tension got even more intense

What I think makes game streams, especially Cyphers streams, so appealing

• The thrill of a clutch comeback: even if a team falls behind early, the catharsis of turning it all around with one perfect, game-changing ult is seriously no joke.

• The nail-biting hype of tournament coverage: the casters’ awesome commentary and the pros’ absolutely cracked mechanics make the dopamine  go crazy.

• Checking out all kinds of character comps: watching cool combos from characters I’ve never played gives me that super satisfying vicarious thrill.

Actually controlling everything yourself can be a little hard and tiring, but after work, grabbing some delicious late-night food and watching high-level players throw down in flashy teamfights or super tense tournaments that keep you on edge the whole time? Honestly, there’s not much more fun than that haha
