[ Taking part in the NEXON PEAK Post Challenge ]

There's this famous spooky rumor in Nexus: The Kingdom of the Winds.

We're talking way, way back here, back when 구자호 still smoked.

What was the rumor, you ask? Well, get this...

Monsters from Japan were supposedly going to invade through the western shore.

Some of you old-school Nexus players will remember this one.

Word was, monsters from Japan were coming through the western shore to storm Gungnae Castle...

So I heard that and took my level 50 Mage,

and off I went to the western shore.

There I was, charging down there, all ready to beat up some monsters from Japan.

Except, well...

The place was littered with newbie corpses,

and before long, I was a ghost too,

with all my precious items stuck on my corpse,

and those monsters from Japan that were supposedly invading? Never even showed up.

Yep... that was how that spooky rumor went.

I vaguely remember hearing that when the Nexus team got wind of this story,

they said, hey, why don't we turn this into an event?
