[PEAK Challenge] Tea merch for my beloved Nagisa

[Participating in the Nexon PEAK Post Challenge]

Hello.

I’m Picker Doronagi.

I thought I’d recommend some game merch today.

I tend to like merch that’s practical, or at least feels worth the money.

So here are two items that hit my collector brain just right and left me with basically no choice but to buy them.

They’re both merch based on the student Nagisa from Nexon’s game Blue Archive.

Nagisa Tea Gift Box

It comes with custom-blended black tea, a Nagisa acrylic stand, and a postcard.

The letter has Nagisa herself explaining how to brew the tea.

The fact that Wonder Links blended the black tea themselves to match Nagisa’s image

is what makes this feel like such a special piece of merch to me.

It says it’s Sri Lankan black tea, so I’m guessing it’s probably Ceylon tea?

And since it comes in tea bags instead of loose leaves, even beginners can brew it easily, which makes it a great fit for merch like this.

I bought two packs of the tea because I was planning to give one as a gift, but once I had them... it turned out I didn’t actually have anyone to give it to.

If I knew someone who was into black tea, this is exactly the kind of merch where I’d want to share a tea bag or two.

Tea Party Teacup

This was made in collaboration with the famous Japanese ceramics brand Noritake.

As you’d expect from Noritake, it looks incredibly refined.

The key detail is the simple gold trim finishing the rim.

Every now and then I drink Nagisa tea from this cup, and it really does make me feel like I’m part of the tea party.

If I had one small complaint, it’d be the Trinity logo. I think it might be a little too big.

I think it would’ve looked nicer if it were smaller and used more like a decorative border pattern.

Beyond these, with things like Peroro-sama merch and Koharu figures,

I really think Blue Archive merch has something special to it.

Blue Archive in particular has the Japanese server, Korean server (Global), and Chinese server, so each region gets different merch.

In that sense, it’s nice that users have a broader range of things to choose from.

Thank you.

p.s. I kind of wish they’d stop putting out acrylic figures like these...
