Today I ran Challenge Mode Pruinaum Raid with my guildies.

Maybe it’s because my gear’s better than last time, but the run felt way smoother and the clear was faster too.

Berthe—probably because he was the tutorial boss in Elsword when I first started playing as a kid—still feels weirdly familiar, like one of those true old-school root monsters.

Back then, he was a flimsy little guy who’d drop if you popped Awakening and threw out a few basic attacks..

Now he’s this tanky punk who still won’t die fast even when I’m beating on him with 2-million-won gear.

I even caught myself thinking his ambition and never-stop-grinding attitude were kind of worth learning from.

Still a dog, though, so I won.

What a scrub.
