[Maple Planet] Looking for old MapleStory info? Make guide-checking easy with AI (A Changed Gaming Life)

Hello,

I’m Jeymer, and I’m active as a Nexon Picker.

Recently, as AI technology has improved, it’s brought some real changes to the way we play games.

In the past, if you wanted to know something, you had to search through portal sites one by one.

Now, you can just casually ask AI,

and it quickly gives you the guide information you need. It really is a smart new era!

As for me, I recently started 'MaplePlanet', which recreates old-school MapleStory.

Since it’s based on an older version, the information is pretty scattered and not always easy to find,

but with AI’s help, I’ve been enjoying it very comfortably.

So today, I want to show you how I’ve been using it

by sharing 5 ways it has changed my gaming life.

1. Getting class recommendations

125_8

In old MapleStory, class balance and leveling difficulty can vary a lot depending on what you choose, right?

Before I got started, I asked AI,

"Can you recommend some MaplePlanet classes that are good for low-budget players these days?"

125_1

It neatly organized each class’s traits, pros, and cons in an easy-to-read format. That took a lot of the stress out of choosing a class.

I ended up following the AI’s advice too and picked the first class it recommended, F/P.

2. Figuring out complicated map travel routes

126_6

In MaplePlanet, unlike a lot of modern games, getting around isn’t as simple as clicking once,

so you generally have to walk through the maps yourself.

125_2

For example, if you ask, "How do I get from Henesys to Sleepywood?"

it immediately lays out the route in detail.

Since it also gives you multiple route options, you really don’t have to worry about getting lost and wandering around.

3. Organizing quest materials & rewards at a glance

125_5

In old MapleStory quests, it’s basically standard practice to prepare the materials in advance and bring everything at once!

125_3

If you just tell AI the quest name and ask, "Please organize the required materials and rewards,"

it summarizes everything in a clean table or list.

That makes it much easier to manage your inventory efficiently and clear quests without wasting time on unnecessary backtracking.

4. Getting perfect hunting ground recommendations for my level

125_4

Whenever my leveling started to slow down, I asked AI about hunting grounds too.

It recommended several great spots by taking my character’s class and the monsters’ respawn rate into account.

I really liked that it helped me get through those frustrating dead zones much faster.

Since the suggestions are personalized, I’d definitely recommend giving AI a try yourselves :)

5. Asking about tricky skill trees & leveling methods

125_7

In old MapleStory, you couldn’t learn every skill.

If you distributed your points the wrong way, it was hard to fix later, so this was something you really had to look up carefully.

125_9

For example, if you ask AI, "How should I spend my skill points on F/P before the 3rd job advancement?"

it gives you accurate guidance, which lowers the chances of ending up with a ruined character. It even explains the reasoning behind it all.

Like this, if you make good use of even a single AI assistant,

it becomes much easier to adjust to the tough world of MaplePlanet.

If there’s anything that feels frustrating while you’re playing a game,

try casually asking an AI chatbot like ChatGPT or Gemini!
