Let’s take a look at doping for boosting your MapleStory stats!!
마포감튀

Hello.
This is Mapo Gam튀.
You’ve probably heard people talk about getting Wegovy-like benefits
from cheap, easy-to-find foods like eggs instead of spending a ton on actual Wegovy.
That’s what they call “natural Wegovy.”
Today, we’re looking at MapleStory’s version of natural Wegovy—not direct spec-up, but something that gives you spec-up-level results anyway:
boss buffing. Let’s take a look.
Do I really need boss buffs?
Since buying boss buffs costs mesos, it’s fair to wonder whether they’re really worth using..
So first, let’s do a quick comparison.
This is the damage dealt to Hard Seren using the exact same burst.

Without buffs, it did 26.2% in Phase 1.
With buffs on,

it was 42.5%, so..
that’s almost 60% more damage just from buffing.
You should absolutely buff, right?
So now, let’s go over how to do it.
Boss buffing
1. 3 or 4 Guild Noble Skills

The exact buffs can vary depending on your guild’s level and activity, but
for a typical 45-point guild, you can usually get 30% Boss Damage, 30% Damage, and 30% Crit Damage.
2. Union’s Might

You can buy it from the Union Coin Shop.
Union Coins are usually pretty plentiful too, so don’t be stingy—just buy it and use it.
-
Monster Park Potions

These are Extreme Potions that raise ATT and MATT.
But since I always have extra Monster Park Coins anyway, I just buy and use Green too.
It doesn’t actually add any effect, but it looks nicer when everything matches.
4. Enhanced 10-Stage Stat Potion

This is a stat potion made through Alchemy.
Just use the one that matches your main stat—STR, INT, DEX, or LUK.
You can craft it yourself with Alchemy, but on Scania it’s cheap enough anyway,
so honestly, it’s easier to just buy it.
5. Sparkling Red Star Potion

There’s also an ‘Advanced Boss Killer Potion’ with the same effect,
but this one is much better in both value and duration.
6. 4 Collector Potions

Seiram in particular has absolutely insane value, so don’t skip it.
Aleria is the item that protects 1 death count.
Collector’s Elixir has great effects, but it’s expensive and doesn’t last long, so it’s best to bring for higher-end bosses.
Honor’s Elixir means you don’t have to go hunting for chair buffs, and its stats are higher than chair buffs too, so for value alone you should definitely use it.
7. Battle Potions
People commonly use Boss Killer, Hero’s Potion, Penetration Potion, Grand Blessing Potion, and so on..
Personally though, I recommend just using ‘Legendary Hero Potion’ instead of those.

Among battle potions, ‘Boss Killer’ is technically the most efficient, but we already covered that with Sparkling Red Star. So if you’re in a situation where you have to pick one after taking Alchemist, the other options all feel a bit lacking.. In that case, it’s better to just take the 2-hour +30 ATT/MATT option.
An easy boss buff tip - Sequence
There are a lot of buffs to use, right??
You can pile them all onto one side of your inventory and use them that way, but that’s way too annoying.
So definitely try using Sequence, the super handy feature that lets you use them all at once.
Open Skills, then go into Sequence.

When you first open it, it’ll probably be empty like this. From there, click Layout Settings and make a Sequence.

I’ll make about 3 rows here.

Then register your buffs to the Sequence you made.
If you click Buff Manager, you can even register buff items you don’t currently have.
To register a buff, left-click it. If you want to remove one, right-click the icon registered in the Sequence.

Once you’ve registered everything, just put the Sequence icon on your quickslot and use it!!
