Maple Island, Maple’s 23rd anniversary offline event

I’d been wanting to go forever, so I finally picked a day and went with a friend, but even though it was a weekday,

I’m guessing because it was school trip season for middle and high schoolers, it was seriously insanely crowded.

For an introvert, this was honestly such a brutal environment that the second I stepped into Lotte World, I immediately wanted to turn around and leave 😭

But I couldn’t do that..!

The number one thing I wanted to do at Lotte World was get my Maple character on the giant screen, so

the moment we got in, I headed straight to Lotte World’s Meeting Plaza.

I totally expected a wait because there were so many people, but surprisingly this area was pretty empty.

If you don’t have a Maple character, you can just make one to match your taste,

and if you already have one like me, you can just load in your Maple character.

After choosing your character, if you hit go share your character,

your character gets put onto this really pretty card, and when you tap the card to flip it over, there’s a QR code on the back.

If you hold that up to the machine wearing the Orange Mushroom hat, it goes beep- and a few seconds later your character shows up on the big screen.

My friend did it first, so my friend’s Maple character popped up first,

and then mine came up next, and wow it looked so pretty!!!!

I was so busy taking photos that I didn’t have the spare brainpower to film, so my friend recorded it for me instead, and it turned out sooo well.

I was originally gonna upload it here as a gif, but my friend’s reaction was way too funny, so I brought the full video instead ㅋㅋㅋ

All this time playing Maple, I’ve realized I’m happiest when someone tells me my coordi looks pretty.

This is exactly why I do Maple coordi ㅎㅎㅎ

After the big character disappears, it keeps roaming around in the background as a tiny little version,

and seeing my friend’s character and mine wandering around together was way too cute!!

I don’t know who planned this event, but seriously... they were so locked in.

This was literally why I wanted to come to Lotte World so badly.

Next we headed over to Maple Island to try the 4 Maple attractions, but

when I checked the Lotte World app, every wait time was 1 hour, so

I gave up on doing all of them and decided to just ride Pink Bean Gyro Spin.

Standing outside for an hour in the heat had me thinking should I just bail...? at least dozens of times..😂

Since it would’ve been such a waste after waiting that long, I got on Pink Bean Gyro Spin in the end,

and wow, it really didn’t look scary from the outside, but once I was actually on it, it was pretty scary.

In the early and middle part, I was grinning and having fun like Jin,

but as it went on, my smile started disappearing like Changseop hyung’s,

and I was just waiting for the ride to end already ㅋㅋㅠ

Lotte World was so packed that even though I’d barely done anything, I was already tired and totally drained,

so I didn’t even get to properly look around at things like the Maple parade or Maple food and just took a few scenery shots instead,

peeked around the Maple goods shop for a bit, then left. The Lotte World all-day pass did feel kind of wasted, but

there were just way too many people, so for an introvert this was absolutely not it~🥺

The next place we went was Henesys Mushroom Park

Period: Thursday, May 22, 2026 ~ Sunday, June 21, 2026

I was really worried this place would be packed like Lotte World too, but it was unexpectedly chill, which I loved.

During the event period, they do Bubble Shower Time every hour on the hour from 11 AM to 8 PM, and we got super lucky because it was already happening when we arrived, so I went all in taking photos and they came out so pretty!

There are all kinds of events going on at Henesys Mushroom Park,

and everything’s explained in detail on Maple Attack, so you can just check that and follow it as-is.

Henesys Jump King works like this: when I jump, my Maple character jumps too, so you just keep jumping

until your character reaches the top of the jump map.

The participation gift is Orange Mushroom popcorn

and the Time Attack TOP 10 prize is 100,000 Nexon Cash plus a SteelSeries wireless gaming mouse.

Watching other people do it from behind made it look fun, so we did think about joining too,

but our feet hurt so much from walking around for so long that we ended up giving up ㅠ

Zombie Mushroom Spawn Photo Event is where you visit the Zombie Mushroom area in Henesys Mushroom Park,

pick a Maple weapon prop, take a Polaroid proof shot of yourself hunting Zombie Mushmom, and then enter the photo event,

and winners get 100,000 Nexon Cash by lottery.

Sadly, it only runs on holidays, so because we went on a weekday we couldn’t join, but

I really hope the rest of you go on a holiday and become the lucky owner of that 100,000 Nexon Cash..

Treasure Mushroom Hunt Mission was also only running on holidays, so we couldn’t try it either, but

if you scan the QR code inside Henesys Mushroom Park and hunt 5 mushrooms,

they say you can win various prizes.

Stamp Rally Mission is where you visit 6 locations and photograph hidden Pink Beans

to earn stamps,

and the 1 stamp reward is an Orange Mushroom balloon plus coupons for Meki, MeM, and Maple World.

The 6 stamp reward is a Maple coupon, and through a lottery

they also give out a Henesys resident ID card (1 winner) and a Maple goods package (10 winners), so I decided to try it.

Henesys Mushroom Park Stamp is at the Lotte World Mall World Park Lawn Plaza,

and you just need to photograph Pink Bean wearing a pointy party hat.

UNIQLO Lotte World Mall Store Stamp is at the front of the UNIQLO store on the 1st floor of Lotte World Mall,

and you just photograph Pink Bean wearing a UNIQLO Maple T-shirt.

There were UNIQLO Maple T-shirts right next to Pink Bean, so of course I took a look,

and Toben Hair Warrior looks so ridiculously funny ㅋㅋ

Lotte World Mall Pop-up Store Stamp is at the 1st floor Atrium Plaza of Lotte World Mall,

and you just need to photograph a giant Pink Bean holding a guitar.

There was a Maple pop-up store right next to the giant Pink Bean too, so I looked around,

There were so many pretty goods.

Lotte Cinema World Tower Stamp is at Lotte Cinema on the 5th floor of Lotte World Tower,

and you photograph Pink Bean watching a movie.

While taking a picture of Pink Bean, I spotted the Maple movie Dear My Heroㅋㅋㅋ

Apparently it opens nationwide at Lotte Cinema on June 14, 2026.

After release, they’re also doing a viewing event, a Cine Park exhibition, and a Cinema Store too, so everybody pls show it lots of love~

7-Eleven Lotte World Mall Aquarium Store Stamp is at the front of the 7-Eleven store on B1 of Lotte World Mall,

and you photograph Pink Bean working a convenience store part-time job.

They also sell Maple snacks at the convenience store, so after you get your stamp,

if you need any, I recommend buying your Maple snacks here.

Seokchon Lake Art Balloon Stamp is at the East Lake promenade of Seokchon Lake,

and you photograph Pink Bean playing in the water with a duck.

While doing the mission, I saw the giant floating Orange Mushroom and Slime in Seokchon Lake, and they were so cute~

Finally cleared the 6 stamp mission!!

Now it was time to head to the prize exchange booth and get the rewards.

The prize exchange booth is next to Henesys Jump King,

and you just show this screen to the staff.

The Orange Mushroom balloon was way bigger than I expected, so it wouldn’t fit in my bag and I had to carry it in my hand on the way home,

and on a crowded subway, being the only person holding an Orange Mushroom balloon was honestly kind of embarrassing ㅎ..

After I got home, I logged into Maple and tried on the 6 stamp mission rewards, and yep... they’re cute.

A Maple offline event I went to for the first time in a while.

Maple Island was way too crowded, so I couldn’t really enjoy it properly, but I got to enjoy Henesys Mushroom Park properly, so I’m satisfied. If I get the chance next time too, I definitely want to go to another Maple offline event~!
