And in MapleStory, when it comes to a chilly area

Riding around on skis,

the legendary Yeti, Snowman

Once you reach level 90 in Maple Planet,

you can accept the Giant Creature of the Snowfield quest from Jade.

Jade says

she came across a giant Yeti riding skis.

Scadur, the hunter of El Nath,

says that running into a Yeti was actually lucky

and brushes it off like it is nothing serious.

But Jade says the Yeti attacked first,

and Scadur tells you to investigate, saying that Snowman,

the master of the El Nath Mountains, must have a reason for being angry.

To look for traces of Snowman,

take the Dangerous Area Taxi to Ice Valley.

In Ice Valley I, head all the way down,

and you will find a hidden portal at the sign.

Go up from there, and you will find a broken statue.

That was the very reason Snowman was angry.

Scadur says the statue needs to be restored,

but before that, he asks you to hold Snowman off for a little while.

No matter how you look at it, it really seems like you defeated him,

but let’s just say you only knocked him out for the time being.

After that, when you return to Scadur,

he tells you to meet Alcaster,

and Alcaster gives you an Ice Crystal.
