These days, pro baseball has been going all-in on character collabs,

Lotte Giants had Crayon Shin-chan and Pokémon,

Doosan Bears had Manggom,

KIA Tigers had Teenyping,

LG Twins had Chiikawa,

and since KT Wiz did a collab with MapleStory, as a Maple player,

I got super curious about what kind of collab they did, so I went and looked it up properly.

They’re pink uniforms covered in Maple mascot characters, and the design is just crazy cute.

I was honestly wondering if the players could pull this off, but after seeing the photos... yeah, it actually suits them really well.

Of course, pink is for the boys too!

There’s a whole bunch of collab merch made with the Maple mascot characters Pink Bean, Orange Mushroom, Yeti, Slime, and Stone Golem,

and wow, it’s all so cute!!

Right now, it’s being sold at the KT Wiz offline store and KT Wiz online store.

MapleStory Day

MapleStory Day was held at KT Wiz’s home stadium on June 21–22, 2025!

I watched a recap video that got posted on Instagram, and they seriously decorated it so well.

A giant Pink Bean showed up at Suwon KT Wiz Park!

They were selling all kinds of Maple collab merch at the KT Wiz offline store,

and the merch turned out so well that even baseball fans who don’t care about Maple would probably want to buy something.

Pink Bean came out to throw the ceremonial first pitch,

and seeing it toss the ball with those tiny little hands was way too cuteㅋㅋㅋ

Since it was Maple Day, the big screen was full of Maple characters too,

and they also did a bunch of fun Maple-related events in between.

Like... is that not ridiculously adorable?

Maybe it was thanks to Pink Bean’s cheering, but MapleStory Day ended nicely with a KT Wiz win,

and even to me, someone who doesn’t really know baseball, it looked so fun.

I guess the Maple collab got such a good response last year that they teamed up with Maple again this year,

and I hope both Maple and KT Wiz keep doing great!!
