Color hunting is a trend going around on TikTok and Instagram where you pick one specific color and take photos of everyday scenes or objects that include it, so today I decided to try color hunting in MapleStory.

The most important part of color hunting is choosing the color,

and since I love purple, I went with purple.

Event Boss: Maple Hero Jin

BTS Jin, like a tree that gives endlessly

This time, as an event boss, he’s giving Maple Heroes all kinds of 코디템, Sol Erda, and Sol Erda Fragments as rewards.

So far, I’ve only gotten the Sol Erda rewards,

but before the event ends, I want to try getting the other rewards too.

Since BTS’s signature color is purple, all the colors tied to the Jin event are purple too,

so it felt perfect for color hunting, and I grabbed some 스샷.

The purple coordis I wear

Since I like purple, I end up doing a lot of purple coordis,

and these are some of the purple coordis I’ve worn around MapleStory.

Another thing I always think of when it comes to purple coordis is the BTS collab 코디템.

Back in 2020, when MapleStory collaborated with BTS,

there were 코디템 made directly by the BTS members,

an ARMY Bomb package in BTS’s signature purple,

the Black Swan Compact Package,

and the Black Swan Master Package sold in the Cash Shop.

A lot of users held onto them for a long time, so you can find them pretty cheaply in the Auction House now,

so if you’re ARMY and got into MapleStory through this Jin event, I recommend picking them up.

This time too, the Jin collab brought out purple coordi items, and these are really pretty too.
