Have you ever heard of “color hunting,” where you choose one color and capture the objects and scenery around you through it?

Even familiar scenery can feel totally new and special when you collect it with just one color in mind.

So today, I brought that color-hunting idea into Maple World!

When you think of MapleStory, the first symbol that probably comes to mind is that iconic red maple leaf.

That’s why the theme I picked for today’s color hunt is bold red.

Let me share my own little collection of reds I found in MapleStory :D

1. Red Potion

You really can’t talk about red items in MapleStory without mentioning this one.

It’s the “Red Potion,” the essential HP recovery item from our beginner days!

It’s hardly used now, but back then, we used it all the time.

2. Red Whip

And of course, there’s also the “Red Whip.”

Back in the day, players racing across the map with a Red Whip equipped and that speedy movement

were definitely something to admire.

Sadly, my job couldn’t equip it 😂

3. The Giant Maple Tree

If you head back to the very first map on Maple Island,

you’ll find a giant maple tree showing off the grandeur of red.

It’s a very meaningful place where Adventurer classes first set foot in Maple World

and begin their real adventure.

There’s something about the fresh excitement of beginner heroes setting out for the first time, mixed with the vivid red glow of maple leaves,

that makes this feel like a romantic scene that gets your heart racing every time :)

4. Commander Boss, Hilla

As for characters, the first one that comes to mind when I think of red is the Commander boss, “Hilla.”

Red hair, a striking outfit, and even that magical aura!

Hilla’s red gives off this unique mix of charisma and chilliness at the same time.

5. The Charisma-Filled Blood Oath Coordi

Special appearance: Jaepamin

The final collection is “coordi,” where players can really show off their individuality.

And when it comes to red, you absolutely can’t leave out the Master Label “Master Blood” set.

These items are full of blood-red intensity, and a character wearing Blood Oath in particular

has a special charm that grabs your eye anywhere on the map thanks to its signature effect.

Personally, this coordi is totally my style, but it’s so expensive that I still haven’t been able to buy it..!

Looking at MapleStory through the theme of red like this,

details I usually passed by without thinking suddenly felt fresh and new!

I think it’d be really fun to come back next time with another charming color.
