Nineheart

Nineheart says another mission has come in, and this time he sends you to Ellinia. He tells you to meet an NPC named Hersha. There is apparently something a little unusual about her, which sounds a bit odd, but since she’s capable, he says it should be fine.

When you meet Hersha, she immediately becomes suspicious of the player. She backs away, speaks while looking in another direction, and even tells you not to raise your voice.

Arwen Seems Suspicious

This is the first mission. Out of nowhere, Hersha starts suspecting Arwen. He says she might be under the Puppeteer’s control... or something along those lines.

Anyway, he tells you to go to The Forest of Wisdom and give her Clear Tree Sap. If she’s fine, then all is well—but if she really is being controlled, he starts going “Heh heh heh,” and comes off exactly like an assassin trying to poison someone.

In any case, do as he says: head to The Forest of Wisdom and interact with the small stump to collect the tree sap.

She drinks the tree sap, and nothing happens.

The Plants Seem Suspicious

In the next mission, he says he ate some fruit, his whole body started burning up, and then he fainted. He insists this must be part of a plot to poison him and says it needs to be investigated. Apparently, he has already forgotten that he was the one trying to poison Arwen. (...)

After attacking the plant Hersha points out, all you need to do is collect 10 Plant Fruits.

In northern Ellinia, you’ll find lots of plants that look like this. Just hit them to collect the fruit.

When you return, Hersha says that, given the season, eating the fruit can cause food poisoning symptoms. In other words, it wasn’t poisoning after all.

Grendel Seems Suspicious

If you talk to him again, he says Grendel is suspicious because he has previously meddled with various forbidden magics. So, he asks you to search every corner of his library.

If you check the corner of the Magic Library, you’ll find a spot you can interact with. Press it, and you’ll get a message saying it’s covered in dust, followed by a bunch of Blue Mushrooms popping out.

When the player reports back, he says he’ll piece the situation together.

Ellinia Dispatch Mission Complete

He concludes that the Puppeteer broke into Grendel’s library, and since Grendel’s alibi is clear, he is no longer under suspicion. In any case, he tells you to deliver this report to Nineheart.

Nineheart says that although Hersha tends to be overly suspicious, she is still capable, and that the player also did a good job carrying out the mission. He then says he suspects the Puppeteer may be working with them and asks you to speak to him again after reaching level 25.

Wrapping Up

Today, we went over the Ellinia Dispatch Mission. Hersha was a really amusing character here—she suspects Arwen of being poisoned, doubts the fruit, and even asks the player to break into someone else’s place—so the whole quest line was quite entertaining.
