I recently started playing a new world in MapleStory Worlds

called 메이플 플래닛.

It recreates old-school MapleStory from before the Big Bang update,

but the server offers 4x faster progression, which I've been really enjoying.

I had a lot of fun playing 메이플랜드 before, too,

but leveling was painfully slow,

and the cost of potions made grinding tough.

Here, the higher drop rates make it much easier to be self-sufficient.

Everyone was saying Ice/Lightning was great for grinding,

but I went with Fire/Poison instead. It's more my style.

When I was a kid, Fire Arrow

always looked so cool to me. I'm still not sure why.

Now that I've actually used it, though, it does look pretty cool.

I even completed my 3rd job advancement in just 1 week, writing a guide along the way.

When I played MapleStory back in the day,

I remember getting stuck in Eos Tower at level 40 and quitting.

Now that I'm all grown up and playing at 4x speed, I'm finding a whole new kind of fun in it.

I even took down a giant robot that I didn't remember being in the game.

With the 100 million I'd worked hard to save up,

I picked up a full set of good-looking clothes at the auction house, too.

Running over 40km in an actual marathon isn't easy.

But 메이플 플래닛 condenses that journey into something much more manageable,

so I think it's the perfect game for a short but satisfying experience.

I'm having more fun with it than any other game I've played this year.
