A roundup of MapleStory’s main gacha items #강화 명당
마빡도로시

Hello
This time, the keyword is good enhancement spots, so I’ll be going over enhancement- and draw-related content in the game.

Personally, I always thought the scenery in The Seed lobby was beautiful, and for some reason it even looked like the air was nice and clear, so back then I usually opened The Seed reward ring boxes there and did most of my other draws and enhancement attempts there as well. Even after changing spots later on, though, the results felt about the same, and I can’t really say I ever noticed any real effect. Because of that, it’s hard for me to confidently recommend any one place as being especially good.
Other players, of course, often have their own favorite enhancement maps—some well-known examples are on top of the cherry blossom tree in Eurel, the empty house in Ludibrium, next to Manji in Perion, and the lower stream in Lachelein. In a post I saw recently, someone even asked an AI for a map recommendation, used Cubes there, and managed to hit an atk 0 3 line, so I do think that might be a fun method to try at least once.
Players look for these so-called lucky spots because they want their enhancements and draws to go well, and in this post I’ve organized the main points on some of MapleStory’s representative draw-related items. A lot of the related terms get used very casually, but if you’re just starting out, they can be a hassle to look up one by one, so I hope this can be helpful for newer players.
[Royal Style] : Cash draw item for outfit items

Royal Style is a permanently available cash draw item whose lineup is refreshed through the monthly update. In the past, the timing was a little inconsistent, but now it has effectively been fixed so that the lineup stays the same from right after one update until just before the next maintenance begins.
For example, this May’s update took place on the 14th (Thu), and the next June update is scheduled for the 18th (Thu), so this current Royal Style lineup will remain available from after maintenance on May 14th (Thu) until before maintenance on June 18th (Thu).
The items you obtain vary depending on the gender of the character opening it.

If there is a main attraction in Royal Style, it would be the cosmetic items categorized as Special Labels, or S-Labels. Each time the lineup refreshes, a new numbered set is released, and it has already reached set 157. These are limited items that do not return once released unless they are later rerun.

Each Special Label set also gives an additional reward when you equip all of its parts. I’ve heard that in the past the reward was not always a chair, but currently you receive a chair that matches the theme of that Special Label set. This quest can only be completed until 23:59 on the day before maintenance.

Alongside the Special Label, there are also the other outfit items commonly referred to as “junk Royal.” These also come out with a new theme every month, and they include outfits, chairs, name tags, and chat bubble rings. For the name tags and chat bubble rings, there are separate 30-day versions and permanent versions.
You can preview the appearances of the Special Label items above and the newly added junk Royal items one week early in the test world.

On top of these new items, previously released junk Royal items are also added back at random. That lineup cannot be checked in the test world, so you only find out what was included after the live server update goes through.
Because of that, in the case of the two items shown above, their prices stayed above 10 billion mesos even until the day before the patch, then crashed immediately after the update. So if there’s an item you want that is very expensive, falls under junk Royal, and has been out for quite a long time, it may be wiser to wait a bit longer.

This is the probability table for the June 2026 Royal Style. As you can see, a lower rate does not necessarily mean the item will be more expensive.
[Premium Masterpiece] : An item that lets you synthesize using S-Labels as materials

Masterpiece and Premium Masterpiece are permanently sold items that let you synthesize Royal Style Special Labels. Depending on the fixed result rates, you can obtain Red Label, Black Label, Master Label, or hair coupon items.
To receive a tradable result regardless of whether the materials you used were tradable or not, you need to use Premium Masterpiece. In other words, this is the version you should be using.

The characteristics of each label are as follows, and label items other than Special Labels receive random temporary stat options. With this update, HP and MP options were also added to tops, bottoms, overalls, and shoes.

The synthesis process itself is explained well in the official guide, and the main point to keep in mind is that the equipment slot of the result also depends on the slot of the base item.

You can check the exact rates on the official website. Masterpiece Red refers to the rates when synthesizing two Special Labels together, while Masterpiece Black refers to the rates when synthesizing a Red Label with a Special Label.
As shown above, using a Red Label as the base increases the chance of obtaining a Master Label. For this current lineup, the figures are as follows.
[Result: Appearance rate when synthesizing S-Label+S-Label / Appearance rate when synthesizing Red Label+S-Label]
-
Master Label Hat: 11.8529% / 20.4218%
-
Master Label Outfit: 13.6818% / 22.3733%
-
Master Label Cape/Gloves: 12.6087% / 23.4477%
-
Master Label Shoes: 12.2278% / 22.9017%
-
Master Label Weapon: 11.7277% / 22.5020%
-
Hair Coupon based on Hat part: 3.3880% / 7.8868%
-
Hair Coupon based on Outfit part: 3.3180% / 7.6877%
-
Hair Coupon based on Cape/Gloves part: 3.3597% / 7.5892%
-
Hair Coupon based on Shoes part: 3.3766% / 7.6339%
-
Hair Coupon based on Weapon part: 4.4691% / 9.9021%

This Master Label, or M-Label, is also rotated periodically, but the interval is much longer than for S-Labels—roughly every 9 to 10 months.

It has the best set effect among the label sets.

When M-Label is due for a rotation, it is also revealed first in the test world one week before the update, so you can prepare ahead of time if needed.

There are also full-set equip rewards and hair application rewards tied to it, so when related information comes out, it’s worth checking in from time to time.
[Wisp's Wonderberry]&[Luna Crystal] : Synthesis items for Vac pets

Wisp's Wonderberry is also a permanently sold item, and it follows the same draw format as Royal Style.

Luna Crystal works in the same way, and you can think of it as the equivalent of Premium Masterpiece.

When you open Wisp's Wonderberry, you receive items according to rates like the ones shown above, and the Wonder Black pet, which is classified as the rare item here, fills the same role that Special Label does.
Occasionally, for one week starting right after the live server update that refreshes the Wonder Black pet and the normal pets, a Wonderful Week event is held in which the Wonder Black acquisition rate is increased by 20%. If that event is coming, you can confirm it one week early in the test world.

The synthesis process is also the same as Premium Masterpiece. If you line it up with the Royal Style-related items, it looks like this.
-
Wonder Black = Special Label
-
Luna Sweet = Red Label
-
Luna Dream = Black Label
-
Luna Petite (Vac Pet) = Master Label
-
Petite Pet shared equipment → corresponds to the Hair Coupon slot, but has low value
Just like with Red Label, using Luna Sweet as the base increases the chance of Luna Petite appearing. Those rates can also be checked on the official website, and they are as follows.
-
Probability when synthesizing Wonder Black + Wonder Black

-
Probability when synthesizing Luna Sweet + Wonder Black

For synthesis, you need to place a tradable item in the base slot for the result to come out tradable.

Vac pets are designed after the Master Label outfit characters from each generation. They are generally treated as essential for grinding, and if you equip all three from the same generation, the set effect increases the range even further. Since this only applies when all three are from the same generation, you do need to match the generation properly to get the effect.

Sometimes, during collaboration events, a Special Luna Crystal is released separately as shown above, and synthesizing with that item gives you a collaboration Vac pet instead. Even in that case, you still need to equip all three from the same generation for the set effect to activate.
The replacement cycle for Vac pets is said to be about one year, though when collaboration Vac pets are released like this, that timing is apparently pushed back a little.

If you equip all three, you can receive a chair themed to that generation.
[Boutique Gift]

Lastly, Boutique Gift is a draw item that releases at certain times, and the main release periods so far have been as follows.
-
December 2024
-
April 2025
-
July 2025
-
October 2025
-
January 2026
-
April 2026
As you can see, aside from the first release, it has been coming out once every three months, and except for that first run, which lasted for two months, each one since then has been sold for one month.
When you open a Boutique Gift, you can obtain item exchange tickets according to fixed rates, and since the name changes each time depending on the theme, you do need to check it each time. Most recently, it was simply called “Boutique Ticket.”
The number of item exchange tickets you receive according to those rates is shown below, and Fever Time is applied for every 10 you open.

With a set number of item exchange tickets, you can trade for certain items. The lineup changes each time, but it includes things such as the title commonly called a “tonic title” and cosmetic sets with temporary stat bonuses, commonly referred to as “combat uniforms.” Most recently, the Sol Hecate skin was included in the lineup. In terms of outfit items, there are some fairly ordinary ones, but more distinctive options do appear as well (EX-small herbivore). You can check the most recent exchangeable lineup here.

If you use a certain number of Boutique Gifts, you also receive cosmetic rewards such as chairs, mounts, and outfit sets.
Thank you for reading.
