MapleStory has such amazing BGM that it even had an orchestral concert dedicated to its music in 2022.

I came across a video of the concert on the official MapleStory YouTube channel and gave it a watch, and it was so good!

If just watching a video is this moving, imagine actually being there and hearing it all in person...?

There hasn't been a MapleStory orchestral concert since 2022, and I really hope they put on another one next year.

If they do hold another orchestral concert...

which MapleStory tracks would I want to hear? I've been giving that some thought.

My first pick is Blooming Forest

It's my absolute favorite MapleStory track, so I've mentioned it several times before, but in case you haven't come across it yet, it's the BGM from MapleStory's 18th anniversary event map.

It already sounds so good in a video like this—how amazing would it be to hear an orchestra play it?

My second pick is Once Upon a Time in Karotte

It's the BGM that plays in Karote, the Unending Tower, but I usually play MapleStory with the volume turned down, so I'd never heard it and had no idea I was missing out on such a gem.

While taking part in activities on Nexon PEAK, I noticed that one of the keyword missions was about lo-fi music.

I started listening to MapleStory lo-fi music for a post I was going to write, and that's how I discovered this track.

These days, the only MapleStory track I listen to more often is Blooming Forest.

I'd love to hear this one played by an orchestra too!

My last pick is Riding on the clouds

It's the music that plays when you use Sage: Wrath of Gods, one of Hoyoung's skills.

Whenever I was bursting a boss, landing that final hit

in time with the music near the end of the skill felt so satisfyingㅎㅎ

Now that the burst cycle has changed to 2 minutes, the skill's duration is shorter, so

the music cuts off at an awkward point—I'd love to hear it with the rich, full sound of an orchestra!
