Three MapleStory spots for enhancement luck & screenshots

Hello to everyone who loves Nexon games,

this is Jaepamin!

They say that when people get desperate, or really start wanting something, they end up believing in superstitions. Whenever MapleStory’s Shining Star Force or Miracle Time event comes around, I always do my enhancement attempts in a specific map.

Of course, enhancing in a certain map doesn’t actually increase the success rate. Still, for some reason, it just feels like my luck is a little better there. More than anything, enhancement is the kind of thing that needs a solemn mindset, so I think having your own little ritual is a good thing.

With that in mind, I wanted to share the enhancement sweet spots that I personally use the most.

Arcana: Where the Spirit Tree Can Be Seen

If someone asked me which map means the most to me, I’d say ‘Where the Spirit Tree Can Be Seen’ in Arcana. I think I’ve hit more than 10 successful items here alone.

I’ve finished a lot of meaningful items here, including a 17-star Arcane weapon, a 22-star Meister Ring, a 22-star Gollux Ring, 22-star Estella Earrings, and a Genesis weapon with Boss/Boss/Boss on the top potential.

I also have a lot of memories of AFKing here with friends while chatting on Discord, so this place is especially meaningful to me.

Leafre: Dragon Egg

Dragon Egg in Leafre is a spot where you can hang from it. Because of its cute back view and unique interaction, it’s also a place a lot of YouTubers like to use when enhancing. I had some good Miracle Time luck here in the past.

Ariant Village: Forbidden Cliff

The last place I want to introduce is Forbidden Cliff in Ariant Village. A lot of people use Forbidden Cliff for the meaning behind the name: “don’t let my Star Force drop, don’t let it fall.”

Star Force no longer drops now after the patch, but even so, it’s still a popular enhancement spot. My success rate here is a little low, so sometimes I just stop by to look around.

These enhancement spots are also popular screenshot locations because the maps themselves are so nice. If you’re doing an event like Shining Star Force, or if you want to take pictures with your guild members, feel free to give them a try. Thank you for reading!
