Hello, this is GameSky.

Today, I’m back again with Maple Planet. Since this is a newly released classic Maple-based game in MapleStory Worlds, the early game matters more than anything else. Have you already chosen your job, or are you still deciding? In this guide, I’ll go over the best hunting grounds for players from level 8 to 30.

Let’s get started.

Table of Contents

  • Hunting Grounds for Levels 8–20

  • Training Center

  • Hunting Grounds for Levels 21–30

  • Party Quests

  • Wrapping Up

Hunting Grounds for Levels 8–20

To start, there is really no better early-game spot than Henesys Hunting Ground 1. The monsters here are fairly weak, so it is an easy place to hunt. The map layout is also well suited for party play, which makes it especially good for beginners who want to hunt together.

However, once the EXP there starts to fall off, it is time to move to another hunting ground. The next option is Southern Forest Tree Dungeon 1, 2, 3, and 4 located in Ellinia South Forest. From this point on, the monsters are around the same level as your character.

That said, I do not particularly recommend Southern Forest Tree Dungeon 1, since it only has Slimes. I would recommend hunting in 2, 3, or 4 instead.

Training Center

But do you really need to stick to regular hunting grounds? In Maple Planet, there is also a training center tied to an NPC named Wang Yeonhae. Trying the training center is another option I would recommend. On top of that, Wang Yeonhae also gives quests.

As a quick tip, before entering the training center, it is also a good idea to progress through your Job Instructor quests at the same time. They help a great deal with early leveling. If a lightbulb appears in the middle-left part of the screen, you can accept the quest there.

Hunting Grounds for Levels 21–30

From here on, experienced players will probably already know this spot. It is basically the standard choice: Ant Tunnel 1. This is one of the best hunting grounds for forming a party with other players and leveling together. It is an excellent place to stay until level 30. Back when I played Mapleland, Ant Tunnel was such a popular spot that it was often hard to find an open map.

Party Quests

You may also know that party quests have been added recently. If you want to level up faster instead of simply grinding, party quests are one of the best options. For players between levels 21 and 25, the Moon Bunny Party Quest is especially good. If you go to Henesys Park, you will find an NPC named Tory. To start the quest, simply speak to this NPC. Of course, you will need a party.

For players from level 21 to 30, King Slime, the party quest from the NPC Lakelis in Kerning City, is also a solid option. I used to do a lot of King Slime runs in the past as well.

Wrapping Up

Today, we looked at some good hunting grounds for players from level 8 to 30. Leveling in Maple Planet is much easier than in Mapleland, so make good use of these spots and keep pushing your level up.

This has been GameSky. Thank you!
