How do you like to spend your birthday? I always go out for my favorite food. For this post, I’ve dreamed up a birthday party for MapleStory’s mascot, Pink Bean.

Pink Bean’s Birthday

Pink Bean first appeared as a playable character in May, but its official birthday is July 17. I think May is special too—it’s when we first got to level up our very own Pink Bean! 😎

What Does Pink Bean Like?

What do we need for Pink Bean’s birthday party? Pink Bean loves 2 things in particular. First up is delicious food, followed by playing with others.

Sadly, Pink Bean has no one else to play with, so its double, Mini Bean, is always its only playmate. That got me thinking: if we threw a birthday party, bringing tasty food and some friends along would make Pink Bean happy.

The Gifts and Party Room Are Ready!

Let Pink Bean’s birthday party begin! There’s plenty of food just for Pink Bean, and the sages who guard the temple have come to celebrate. By the way, Pink Bean’s favorite food is a big piece of meat. We’re on the same page there!

Here’s Pink Bean looking lonely after all the food is gone and the sages have left. Mini Bean is still there to play with, but I imagine Pink Bean would feel a little sad all the same.

That’s when the MapleStory heroes arrive! Just for today, I imagine they’d throw a surprise party to celebrate Pink Bean not as a boss monster, but as MapleStory’s mascot. Just picturing it makes me happy :)
