What do you all usually do on your birthday? I always go out and eat my favorite food! So for this post, I put together a birthday party simulation for MapleStory’s mascot character, Pink Bean!

Pink Bean’s Birthday

Pink Bean first appeared as a playable character in May, but its official birthday is July 17. Still, I think May is meaningful too, since that’s when Pink Bean became a character you could actually raise! 😎

What does Pink Bean like?

If we’re going to get everything ready for Pink Bean’s birthday party, what should we prepare? Pink Bean loves two main things. First, delicious food, and second, spending time with people.

Sadly, there’s no one around to play with, so Pink Bean always ends up hanging out only with Mini Bean, its own other self. So if we were to throw a birthday party, I feel like Pink Bean would love having tasty food and friends there.

The gifts and party room I prepared!

Pink Bean’s birthday party starts now! The table is full of food just for Pink Bean, and the sages who guard the temple even came to celebrate. For the record, Pink Bean’s favorite food is Big Meat. We totally have the same taste there.

Here’s Pink Bean looking a little lonely after finishing all the food and watching the sages head back home. Pink Bean can still play with Mini Bean, of course, but somehow it still feels a bit sad.

And then the Maple heroes appear! Just for today, not to celebrate Pink Bean as a boss monster, but Pink Bean as MapleStory’s mascot character, it feels like they’d throw a surprise party. Just imagining it makes me happy :)
