there’s something strikingly similar to real life about helping someone out and receiving fair compensation in return.

On top of that, the day/night cycle is implemented, which creates the feeling that you’ve truly become a resident of that town, living through each day there.

A Handmade Crafting Life, Step by Step

In Mabinogi, even getting a single set of clothes takes real effort.

For example, you can shear wool directly from sheep out in the field,

spin it into thread, turn it into fabric, and then use it to craft armor.

Depending on the type of armor, the materials you need can also change, such as iron ingots or leather.

From gathering raw materials to processing them,

you go through each step by hand, which really makes it feel like real life has been recreated in remarkable detail.

Melodies Filling the Plaza! Romantic Busking

In Mabinogi, you can write your own sheet music, play instruments,

and share cultural moments with other players. To me, it felt a lot like real-life busking.

Seeing one person perform music while someone else dances along to the song

makes it feel like the game has fully brought that ideal, leisurely lifestyle to life.
