How to turn your game character into a realistic version
네오필

When you’ve put a lot of care into building a character, it’s only natural to want to preserve it in a special way.
You might slip into photographer mode and spend time taking the perfect screenshots, then polish them in a program like Photoshop.
Today, I want to show you a slightly different method: how to use ChatGPT to turn your character into a realistic image.
Turning My Character into a Realistic Image

The key when asking ChatGPT to create a realistic version is the reference image.
For example, let’s say you give it images of Arona from Blue Archive, Nao from Mabinogi, and Ela from DNF, then simply ask it to make them realistic.

This version is not bad, but it somehow gives the impression that the faces all look the same.

This time, I prepared my Mabinogi Mobile character I wanted to convert, along with a reference image.

I submitted both images together and added specific instructions.
It may still do a good job even if you do not write much, but if you explain what you want clearly, you are more likely to get a good result on the first try.

The result turned out to be very satisfying.
I entered the same prompt into the Nano Banana 2 Pro model several times, but the results were not very satisfying. With ChatGPT, though, it captured the exact feel I wanted in just one try.

I also asked it to create a magazine cover, which a lot of people seem to be trying these days.
There are a few small errors in the Korean text, but at a glance it does not feel unnatural, and the English is nearly perfect.
You can also set the exact wording you want yourself. These days, it handles text with very few mistakes.
One thing to keep in mind is that free ChatGPT users will hit the limit quickly after only about four requests and can use it again 24 hours later. So it is best to use those chances carefully.

This time, I also brought in a DNF Mobile character.
I used Diana from a certain game that has been drawing a lot of attention lately as the reference.

It turned the character into a realistic image that matched perfectly, complete with the DNF Mobile logo.
Wrapping Up
That covers how to create a realistic version of your game character.
When I was younger, I could only imagine what it would be like if my game character existed in real life. These days, you can actually make that happen.
That is part of the appeal of AI image models: based on your own ideas, you can create all kinds of different realistic versions.
In the next post, I will cover another way to use it.
