MSW Grand Open 2nd Anniversary |
|---|

The Maple administrator announces the 2nd anniversary of MapleStory’s grand opening. To celebrate, MapleLand has prepared a variety of events.

By the way, you can collect different alphabet letters by defeating certain monsters. Once you gather them, you combine them into specific words. Some letters are obtained in special ways.

First, the Maple administrator gives you a special quiz. There are 5 questions in total. The first question asks about the MapleStory Worlds soft launch date, and the correct answer is September 1, 2022.

The second question asks for the official launch date of MapleStory Worlds. The answer is April 25, 2024.

The third question is about the General Director of MapleStory Worlds. They’re all familiar names, but the correct answer is Director Shin Min-seok. Not Director Kim Chang-seop.

The fourth question asks which world is not available to play on the MSW platform. The answer is Blue Archive.

The fifth and final question asks which company is the correct MSW distributor. The answer is Toben Studio.

Once you answer all of the questions, you’ll receive the Special Alphabet M.

Next is Cassandra. She asks why you came to see her, and your character says it’s because they heard she has a Special Alphabet.

Cassandra says that if you defeat monsters and bring back the drops, she’ll give you the Special Alphabet S.

The quest objective is simple: bring her 50 Orange Mushroom Caps and 40 Squishy Liquids, and she’ll hand over the Special Alphabet S.

For the Orange Mushroom Caps, I hunted at Mushroom Hill, the hidden street hunting map in West of Henesys Hill. I stayed there until I collected them all.

For Slimes, I went to Ellinia North Field, which is basically the go-to spot for them.

The final letter can be obtained for free from Fairy Rowen.
