KartRider Rush+ is teaming up with 꼬마버스 타요 this time, following its Pororo collaboration. It’s really starting to settle in as a family game that kids and players of all ages can enjoy, so let’s go over what this collab has to offer.

How to Get Tayo

The KartRider Rush+ Tayo collab runs from April 10 to Thursday, April 30.

Head into the Special menu at the top left of the lobby screen to check out the 꼬마버스 타요 event lineup.

By logging in daily, playing 2 multiplayer matches, and clearing the weekly mission to win 2 ranked matches, you can earn event exchange fragments.

Once you collect just 18 fragments, you can claim Energy Crystals (materials used to level up karts) and the new collaboration kart, Tayo.

Tayo is a Legend kart with a Speed body, and its acceleration stat is the highest.

When you trigger a boost, side-mounted booster parts pop out and flames burst up with a fun little flourish.

Tayo’s signature look comes through nicely here.

How to Get Alice

Meanwhile, you can earn up to 10 fragments per day just by playing matches, no matter the mode.

The new track challenge is especially efficient, since fragments drop in batches of 4 instead of 1, which makes them very easy to collect.

Collecting these fragments lets you pick up the Alice Pill Balloon, Alice Siren Hair Accessory, Alice First Aid Kit Intro, and Alice Kart Fragments.

Looking at each item’s effect, the Pill Balloon has a high chance to block missile attacks.

The Siren Hair Accessory has a slightly higher chance to shorten the duration of UFO effects.

The First Aid Kit Intro is purely a cosmetic item.

The Alice Kart is a Legend kart with an Item body. It converts Missiles, Super Missiles, and Water Bombs into Homing Missiles, and using them also grants a Magnet. On top of that, using a Boost, UFO, Lightning, or a Magnet gives you a Super Siren.

Using Super Siren grants a shield effect, and if the defense succeeds, it triggers a Water Mine effect. If the Water Mine hits, you gain a Homing Missile, and it can also defend against normal and self-destructing Water Bombs, self-destructing Ice Bombs, and self-destructing Poison Bombs.

To sum it up, this kart does a great job capturing the ambulance concept, with excellent defensive power and strong synergy between multiple items. The booster animation is the same as Tayo’s, and it really does look like something you’d want in an actual emergency.
