Ever had an item you really, really wanted during your time in Erinn?

Maybe you poured so much time and effort into getting it, only to come up empty-handed,

or finally got it at the very end, when it all felt a little anticlimactic.

I've been there quite a few times myself😢

So today, I thought I'd share a few of those stories.

Get ready for some familiar feelings, everyone! Here we go~

1 The ‘검무+’ Weapon Rune

First up is ‘검무+’, a weapon rune that's a top pick for most classes.

It sees a lot of use across all kinds of combat content,

so every adventurer chasing that perfect gear setup has their eye on it.

To try to get it, I'd take the ‘Abyssal Magic Stones’ I earned from Abyss runs

to 몰리 and trade them for weapon jars, hoping for 검무,

or save up Mystic Dice and keys and open them one by one, hoping 검무 would finally pop out,

or just hope I'd stumble across it in my hunting area or dungeon rewards…

But nope, I collected every other weapon rune, and 검무 was still the only one missing😭

While other adventurers around me were using weapons with 검무 slotted in, I could only watch and wish.

It wasn't until I used an Unknown Weapon Rune that I finally got 검무+, right at the very end.

There was one silver lining, though:

I got the next most commonly used weapon runes after 검무+ pretty quickly,

so those worked nicely in its place.

Still, having to wait so long to use the rune everyone says is the best...

I can't help shedding a little tear over my luck running completely dry💦

2 A Highly Enhanced Weapon

A highly enhanced weapon is every adventurer's dream, right?

But the further you go, the lower the success rate gets,

and the more Rune Fragments and gold you have to sink into it…

You can only try so often, and even when you do, that success screen sure is hard to come by!

Plus, I recently found out how important it is to enhance your subclass weapons,

so I can't really pour everything into my main weapon anymore.

Will I actually get to the next enhancement level quickly,

without having to fill up all 100 enhancement points?

3 The Epic Fashion ‘솔리드 엠버’ Set

There's an Epic fashion set called ‘Silent Judgment: 솔리드 엠버 Set’ that came out on April 24 last year.

The second I saw it, I was like, “Oh! I NEED that!”

So I broke out the Premium Fashion Tickets I'd worked so hard to save up and went for the full set,

but the gacha ended before I could finish collecting it😭

The outfit was totally my style, even back then,

but I'd already used up quite a few tickets on the previous gacha, so I couldn't do that many pulls.

Besides, what if the next gacha had an outfit I liked even more?

That was my thinking, anyway, so I didn't go overboard with the pulls and decided to wait for a rerun.

And now? I'm seriously regretting that decision😇

We've hit the 1st anniversary, and there's still no news of the 솔리드 엠버 set coming back…

I should've gotten the full set back then! Waaahㅠㅠ

4 Norwegian Forest Cat

This one's about a pet gacha I'm still pulling on.

I absolutely love cats,

and the Epic Norwegian Forest pet in this gacha has great stats,

so I've been trying my luck because I really want one.

But here's the thing... there's actually another pet I'm waiting for.

The original Mabinogi has animal characters called the Herb Pig and Clover Pig,

and I'm hoping these little guys might make their way into Mabinogi Mobile as pig pets.

An earlier announcement confirmed that pig pets are on the way.

But I have no idea when they'll arrive, or whether their stats will even suit my class.

With so much still up in the air about that future pig pet,

should I really skip the cat pet that's available right now?

Or should I just say, “Oh, whatever~” and go ahead with some gacha pulls?

If you were in my shoes,

what would you choose?

I guess we can't always get everything we want right away.

That's why we've got to think things through and decide before we make a move.
