Most of us have a memory or two of gathering around to play games with our families.

When I was in elementary school, my older sister and I would sit side by side at the computer after school.

Playing Crazy Arcade for exactly 1 hour each day was our daily routine.

it's an ideal family game to play side by side with your siblings or parents.

Recently, I revisited some familiar maps for the first time in a while—and felt like a kid again!

A Nostalgic Tour of Familiar Maps

When I logged in after so long, the maps my sister and I used to play with so much laughter were still there!

And it wasn't just nostalgia—many of these maps are still great fun today.

First up, the 꼬물이 map really draws you in with its distinctive pace.

The 꼬물이 may seem to appear slowly at first,

but as time goes on, they start arriving at an alarming speed.

By the later stages, clearing the 꼬물이 filling the screen takes some serious concentration.

For me, that edge-of-your-seat tension is what makes Crazy Arcade so much fun ㅎㅎ

바니팜 plays a little like whack-a-mole: rabbits pop up around the map, and you catch them with water balloons.

Those cute rabbits will keep you busy chasing them down.

You can even challenge your family to see who catches the most!

The Kart map offers the thrill of hopping into a kart and racing around a track.

There's more to it than just racing—you can also place water balloons around the track

to block your opponents' paths.

The 불라 map is all about claiming territory: split into teams and try to cover more tiles in your team's color!

Planning your route is key to coloring the tiles efficiently.

This was one of my favorite modes as a child, and it was just as much fun after all this time!

Monster Mode was fun, too! After such a long break, even the lower difficulty levels felt quite challenging.

Finally defeating the boss after several attempts gave me a real sense of accomplishment!

Crazy Arcade's '크크페스타' Is Underway!

The 크크페스타 event is now in full swing in the game.

Click the 크크페스타 button in the lobby to enter,

and you'll find creative maps made by the players themselves.

With plenty of rewards available based on your Festa tier and mission progress, it's well worth a look.

If you have a good idea, you can even join in by creating your own Festa map,

and creators whose maps earn a place in the rankings can receive Nexon Cash.

I tried out some of the maps made by other players,

and quite a few stood out for the creativity behind them.

The '혈압 마라톤' map was particularly memorable.

True to its name, “Blood Pressure Marathon,” the obstacles were packed so tightly together that getting through was a real challenge…

I kept trying for quite a while, but eventually left the room without making it past the obstacles.

Still, discovering unique maps like these is what makes this Festa special 😆

Why I Recommend Crazy Arcade as a Family Game

There are good reasons why Crazy Arcade is one of my picks for a #가족 game.

For starters, the controls are simple, using little more than the arrow keys and space bar,

so even parents who aren't familiar with games can quickly join in the fun!

Above all, I love that 2P mode lets you share a screen and talk to each other as you play.

In Monster & Co-op Battle modes in particular,

you can rescue family members trapped in water bubbles and cheer each other on as a team.

When I logged in after all this time, I found that my sister and I were still paired as 크앤!

It's been 5,960 days since we became 크앤—almost 16 years..!

Crazy Arcade is less about fierce competition and more about sharing laughter and memories!
