Hey, everyone! I'm 재파민,

a big fan of Nexon games!

Mabinogi Mobile just added a new feature called “Private Theater,” which lets you hang out with friends and watch fun videos together.

I've always used Discord screen sharing for this, so when I heard you could do it in-game, I had to try it right away. Not sure how it works? Follow along and give it a go.

Prerequisite Quest

You'll need to complete a prerequisite quest to get the Private Theater item. You'll find the NPC 메라 by the big tree beside the campfire in Tir Chonaill Square. Let's head over to her first.

When you get there, you'll see 메라, a pretty female character, waiting with a drone. Talk to her and accept the “A Cozy Cinema, Private Theater” quest. It takes less than 1 minute to finish.

If 메라 isn't there, check your inventory for “How to Take Great Photos.” Use that item, then complete “Someone's Photo of Wolf Rock” to get 메라 to appear.

Once you've finished all the quests, you'll get a Private Theater. Use it to access your own private cinema. A cinema where players can watch things together... I've been gaming for 20 years, and I've never heard of anything like this. I was pretty excited to check it out!

You can invite friends to your cinema or make the room public so other players can join. I invited 이메르, a guildmate and fellow blogger!

Click the film in the cinema to enter a YouTube video link. Paste it in and hit confirm, and your video will start playing in high quality, like this. I was impressed by how smoothly it played—not a stutter! I love ONE PIECE, so that's what I watched with 이메르.

You can settle into a seat and watch just like in a real cinema. The nicely decorated interior really makes you feel like you're there, too. I'm planning to use it with my other guildmates as well.

If you're worn out from burning through Silver Coins or running raids, try setting up a cinema with Private Theater for a little break. Thanks for reading!
