MapleStory event routine running through June: #출석 routine
마빡도로시

Hello
This time’s keyword is attendance routine—the in-game routine you make sure to complete whenever you log in.
In this post, I’ve gathered the event-related routines in MapleStory that are currently ongoing, as well as the ones approaching their end.
[Challengers World] Season 3 is already entering its final stretch
This round of Challengers World, which began in December alongside the CROWN update, is now moving toward its conclusion, as it is ending one month earlier than previous seasons. Most content will end at April 15, 23:59.

First, the weekly hunting missions many players have likely been doing, along with the level achievement missions and boss clear missions, will come to an end.

In addition, tier reward claims for tiers already reached, as well as the Challengers Shop, will close at the same time, so this is something you need to watch carefully.

These events will end as well, so all rewards should be claimed before the closing date.

Pre-leap will also end, and I’ll go over the related details again below.
-
Validity period for Challengers Shop items purchased before the event ends: 4/16 2:00
-
Validity period for expiring rewards among Challengers tier rewards claimed before the event ends: ~4/29

After the items above have ended, Challengers World itself will remain in place from 00:00 on Thursday, April 16, the date of April’s live server update, until maintenance begins.

The season boss Kai’s Normal and Hard clear event itself ends on April 15, but entry to the boss remains available until maintenance, which means you can still clear it and receive the boss reward one final time.
Other activities, including Monster Park, Monster Park Extreme, and other weekly bosses, will also remain available until maintenance begins. The maintenance start time will be announced later.

Once maintenance ends, you will be moved to a leaf-only map like the one shown above, where only the functions displayed there are available. No other actions can be taken.

Accordingly, the items listed above need to be handled before maintenance begins. For example, if you forget that you have items listed in the Auction House, they cannot be retrieved after maintenance.
The leaf transfer that begins after maintenance will be available until April 29, and if you do not complete the leaf within that period, the character will be deleted.
Event routines that will remain in place until the summer update
This 23rd anniversary event started unusually early, beginning in March, and is now past its third week. Since it will continue through the June summer update, you can expect similar routines to repeat over the course of three months. As usual, even when the event types differ, participation does not take much time, which makes them easy and convenient to keep up with.

[Jin’s Mysterious Garden] Receive dice: ~5/13

Since this event only requires pressing a button once per day, up to five times per week, and because its board game-style format is oddly fun to roll through, this is the UI I check first whenever I log in.

I have not reached 20,000 yet, so I have not been able to buy the growth potion, but that should be possible soon. Based on full attendance, it is said that unless your rolls are exceptionally bad, you can generally buy both the growth potion and the Advanced EXP Exchange Coupon, which makes things fairly reassuring.

These rewards may later be revealed as hidden missions, so they are worth keeping in mind going forward.
-
[Mascot Parade] Check in: ~6/17

This one also only requires a single click once a day, up to five times a week, so it is very easy to keep up with.

The magnet pets that can be used during the event period can be claimed, assuming full attendance, as the update-day rewards for April and May respectively—April 16 and May 14.

As for the requirements for the final reward, the permanent magnet pet, Parade Mission progress can be made up later in bulk, but Mascot Power is only obtained through daily attendance, so if you are short on counts, you will need to buy passes. As of Thursday, April 9, there are 10 weeks remaining, so if you start on that date, you would need to purchase 10 passes, for a total of 30,000 Maple Points.
-
[Lucid Burning] Complete weekly missions: ~6/17

Next is transforming into Lucid and working through the weekly missions.

To begin with, hunting itself is extremely comfortable thanks to summons, a summon-refresh skill, wide-area attacks, and a skill that pulls in dropped items.
The weekly hunting-related missions take about 1 hour and 10 minutes to finish, and the required 25,000 monsters can be completed in about 2 hours, so the overall burden is fairly light. It is also helpful that any Dream Eaters you do not defeat carry over, allowing you to clear them later when you have more time.

As for Forest of Reverie, each run ends in around 20 seconds, so this is not particularly demanding either. Getting equipment drops, however, is a separate matter..

For the boss missions, I have cleared up to Vellum, but in Lucid’s case I failed the equipment crafting, so that one will likely have to wait until later. Fortunately, aside from the season mission, there is no urgent need to rush.

I will probably reach 50 once I finish the rest, and the leveling pace feels faster than expected. As for the Adversary’s Cube, nothing happened.
-
[Maple Sweets] Check in and allocate SP: ~6/17

After defeating monsters as Lucid, I finish by completing the attendance requirement for the tonic skill that was fulfilled last, which wraps up the weekly event routine.
I will still need to check the events added in the April and May updates, but I do not expect them to deviate too far from this overall structure.
Thank you for reading.
